Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of External Lateral Epicondylitis With Pluck Manipulation And Flurbiprofen Cataplasms

Objects:This study mainly studied the comparison of clinical efficacy before and after treatment of lateral epicondylitis(LE)between the treatment group and the control group through observation and study of the treatment of extramural manipulation combined with flubiprofen cataplasms(FC).So as to analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of pulling manipulation combined with flurbiprofen gel plaster on external epicondylitis of humerus,provide theoretical support and effective reference for the clinical treatment of external epicondylitis of humerus,in order to achieve the goal of improving the clinical cure rate and improving the living standard of patients with this disease.Method:All subjects of this study were recruited from the Third Department of Bone Injury outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 60 patients diagnosed with LE from December 2019 to June 2021 who met the inclusion criteria of this study were collected.Sixty patients were randomly divided 1:1into the following two groups,namely,the treatment group of plucking manipulation combined with FC and the control group of Shock wave(SW)combined with FC,with 30 patients in each group.By observing and comparing the changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)and MEPS score of elbow function before and after treatment,as well as the total effective rate of the two groups,the improvement degree of symptoms and overall efficacy of the patients were objectively evaluated.Results:1.The baseline data of the patients such as age and gender,visual analog VAS score of pain and MEPS score of elbow function were made into quantitative tables,and the above sample data of the two groups before treatment were analyzed and compared.The results showed that P > 0.05 was not statistically significant,indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.2.The visual analog VAS score of pain and MEPS score of elbow function of patients after 14 days of treatment were made into quantitative tables.The data between the treatment group and the control group were analyzed and compared,showing P < 0.05,indicating statistical differences.It can be concluded that the therapeutic effect of pluck manipulation combined with FC is more accurate.3.The pain visual analog VAS score and elbow function MEPS score of patients before and after 14 days of treatment were made into quantitative tables.The above data of the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group respectively,and P < 0.05 was obtained,proving that both treatments could improve the clinical symptoms of the disease;4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.0%),P <0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The two treatment methods of pluck manipulation combined with FC and shockwave combined with FC can significantly reduce elbow pain caused by LE,reduce its impact on the elbow,and effectively improve elbow joint function.2.The efficacy of pluck manipulation combined with FC in treating LE patients is significantly better than that of shockwave combined with FC.
