Objective: In this study, the theory of meridian flow was used to treat patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with ear acupoint bean pressing combined with Yangxin decoction at noon and Xu hours,to observe its clinical efficacy and evaluate its safety and efficacy. Methods: Using the method of randomized controlled trial,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Cardiology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and treatment group(n=32).On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, ear acupoint bean pressing combined with Yangxin decoction was used to treat it.32 patients in the treatment group were treated with meridian injection. There were 4 cases of shedding in the course of treatment,3 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group. The treatment cycle was4 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome score,ECG,angina pectoris score, nitroglycerin dosage,Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)score and safety observation index before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed. The above data were processed by SPSS25.0software.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The differences of scores and total scores of TCM Syndrome were statistically significant between groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Efficacy of TCM syndrome: After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.6% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group, difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.ECG efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rate was62.10% in the treatment group and 48.39% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.Efficacy of angina pectoris: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.10% in the treatment group and 70.97% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.Nitroglycerin stopping and reducing rate: After treatment, the total stop and decrease rate was 79.31% in the treatment group and51.61% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).6.Seattle angina questionnaiire(SAQ): After treatment,SAQ scores of the two groups were significantly increased and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The differences of SAQ scores between two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.7.Safety: During the treatment, the two groups of patients did not have skin diseases such as eczema, ulceration and allergy to adhesive tape.Conclusion:1.Meridian injection at the time(noon,Xu)ear acupoint bean pressing combined with Yangxin decoction can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).2.Meridian injection of selective time(noon,Xu)ear acupoint bean pressing combined with Yangxin decoction can improve the ECG and angina symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),increase SAQ scores, and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.
