Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis (Lung Qi Deficiency Cold Type) By Acupuncture At Six Acupoints Of Eliminating Wind

Objective: To explore the mechanism of treating allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency cold type by observing the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of Feng-six points,and to broaden the idea of clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods: 72 patients with lung Qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in the actual case treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment of Feng six points,6 days of treatment and 1 day of rest,for 1 course of treatment;The control group was given acupuncture traditional acupoint treatment,6 days of treatment and 1 day of rest,for 1course of treatment,all 4 courses of treatment.The values of TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ and serum Ig E were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture at six points of Fengzhihua in the treatment of allergic rhinitis was comprehensively evaluated and compared.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical data analysis.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was87.88% and 78.13%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.There was no statistical significance in TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the nasal symptoms and quality of life of patients.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the comparison of single symptoms before and after TNSS treatment between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy in improving nasal itch and sneezing than the control group,while there was no statistical significance between nasal congestion and nasal discharge(P>0.05),indicating that both treatments could improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and nasal discharge.3.There was no statistical significance in serum Ig E between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.The comparison of serum Ig E values before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two methods were effective in improving the serum Ig E values of patients.There was statistical significance in serum Ig E between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions: 1.Both groups have curative effects on allergic rhinitis,and compared with acupuncture at traditional points,acupuncture at Feng-Liuxing group can improve nasal symptoms and quality of life of patients more effectively.Among them,acupuncture at Feng-Liuxing group can improve nasal itching and sneezing better than traditional acupuncture points,but there is little difference in the curative effect of improving nasal congestion and clearing nose.2.Acupuncture at Zhifeng Six points can reduce the serum Ig E value of patients,and the effect is better than that of acupuncture at traditional points.
