Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By Acupuncture Combined With Ear Tip Bloodletting

Objective:This subject observes the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting in the treatment of cervical vertigo,compares it with conventional acupuncture,explores the difference of clinical efficacy between them,provides new treatment thinking,and develops the idea of clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods: For the study,all of the 72 patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group and control group,with Blood stasis blocking orifices cervical vertigo,and there were 36 patients in each group.The treatment group used the combined therapy of the experiment(acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting).And the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.All patients were treated for 2 courses,the changes of symptoms and function evaluation scale of cervical vertigo,symptom score scale of traditional Chinese medicine and transcranial Doppler ultrasound were collected,analyzed,calculated and sorted out.To draw a conclusion by comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the escv scale of the two groups was compared.The effect of the treatment group was obvious and statistically significant(P < 0.05).Both groups could improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P < 0.05),but the effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group could significantly improve the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and 84.85% in the control group(P < 0.05).The combined therapy and conventional acupuncture have effects,and the former is better than the latter.Conclusion: Conventional acupuncture and acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting therapy can alleviate the symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improve the blood supply of vertebral basilar artery,but the effect of acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting is more significant.Starting from the cause,we can solve the fundamental problem.Acupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting is not only effective,but also safe and simple to operate,which is conducive to clinical application and popularization.
