| Since the opening of my country’s medical market,my country’s private hospitals have achieved rapid development.The long-term development of an enterprise requires an adequate supply of talents,and the retention of talents is often closely related to the incentive system.Therefore,at the moment of the new medical reform,improving and perfecting the incentive system of the hospital has become an important task,and it is also an important task for the development of private hospitals.However,there are many problems in private enterprises,such as insufficient number of medical staff,high work pressure of medical staff,high workload of medical staff,unstable medical staff,and high turnover rate.Therefore,with the implementation and improvement of my country’s new medical reform,how private hospitals can promote and improve hospital development through reasonable employee incentives,improve the hospital’s humanized management level and the quality of patient services,has become the main research topic.content.The research of this paper is based on the staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,on the basis of the analysis of the staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,combined with the methods of questionnaire survey and analysis,to discuss the problems and causes of the current staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,and combine the comprehensive incentive model to build an improved model for the staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,and to ensure the continuous improvement of the staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital through perfect safeguard measures.The research of this paper consists of 7 chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the relevant literature,background and significance of the subject research,and clarifies the overall thinking of this article.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations,and the third chapter Shanxi Based on the analysis of the current situation of the staff incentive system in RA Hospital,based on the introduction of the basic situation of Shanxi RA Hospital,based on the analysis of internal and external environment,the current incentive system is expounded.The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the employee incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey and analysis.The chapter discusses the safeguard measures of the staff incentive system of Shanxi RA Hospital,which is analyzed from four aspects: organizational guarantee,personnel guarantee,technical guarantee and communication guarantee.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the research,it is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen leadership management and system implementation,establish a diversified and differentiated reward mechanism,improve the fairness of internal and external incentives,and focus on employee spiritual incentives and management planning.The purpose of the analysis of this paper is to explore the problems and causes of the incentive system in the development of private hospitals at this stage through the research on the incentive system of RA hospital staff in Shanxi private hospitals,and to propose specific improvement measures.At the same time,in the context of the new medical reform,it provides a reference idea for the human resources reform of private hospitals. |
