| Objective:By selecting acupoints on the muscle groups related to stroke patients and dysphagia for acupuncture, the clinical efficacy and safety of "liyan acupuncture" and routine dysphagia acupuncture in treating dysphagia in convalescent period after stroke were compared. Methods:A total of 60 patients with dysphagia in convalescent stroke who met the study criteria were selected. The patients were numbered by a central randomization system and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. The two groups were given the same basic treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the experimental group was treated with "Liyan acupuncture" combined with basic treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture combined with basic treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for swallowing disorders.Patients in both groups were treated once a day for 12 times. The scores of the depression drinking water test and the standard swallowing function scale before and after treatment were recorded, and the efficacy differences between the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.Baseline information:there were no significant difference in terms of sex, age, course of disease and stype of stroke between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no significant difference in level distribution of WST and score of SSA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were all comparable.2.Intra-group comparison:there were significant differences in level distribution of WST and score of SSA between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).3.Comparison between groups:after treatment, there were significant differences in level distribution of WST and score of SSA between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:there was a significant difference in the grade of curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of markedly cured rate, the markedly cured rate of the experimental group was 60.0%,and that of the control group was 23.3%.The markedly cured rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Comparison of the total effective rate,it was 83.3%in the experimental group and 66.7%in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1."Liyan acupuncture" and conventional acupuncture are effective in the treatment of dysphagia in the convalescent period of stroke.2.Compared with the routine acupuncture,"Liyan acupuncture" has a higher grade of curative effect and markedly cured rate in the treatment of in treatment of poststroke dysphagia, and the total effective rate is about the same.3.Acupuncture point selection is an important factor affecting the post-stroke dy sphagia(PSD).The precise point selection of "Liyan acupuncture" has clear curative effect and good safety in the treatment of dysphagia in the convalescent stage of stroke. |
