Imaging examinations play an increasingly important role in the discovery,localization and diagnosis of diseases.Among them,the PET/CT imaging system is the most advanced imaging diagnosis technology in the current medical imaging technology.A large number of PET/CT from the third-party medical imaging diagnosis cloud service platform contains rich knowledge about disease prevention and diagnosis,but the hidden information cannot be analyzed and discovered by manpower alone;and the PET/CT diagnosis report format is heterogeneous,Contains complex and specialized unstructured imaging features and diagnostic descriptions that are challenging to process and analyze.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the processing and data analysis of PET/CT imaging diagnostic reports.First of all,in view of the complex technical terminology of medical imaging diagnosis text and the low accuracy of entity extraction,this paper proposes a medical imaging diagnosis entity extraction method incorporating Zheng code encoding.Code encoding features,and adding complex entity post-processing at the end,improves the accuracy of medical imaging diagnosis entity extraction.Secondly,according to the characteristics of PET/CT image diagnostic data,two meaningful data mining topics are proposed:image findings-disease prediction and disease comorbidity analysis,and images are constructed by processing data in a targeted manner and comparing the effects of different classification models.Seen-disease prediction model;the disease similarity calculation formula is obtained by fusing the two disease correlation calculation methods,the disease comorbidity network is constructed,and cluster analysis is performed.Finally,the thesis designs and implements a data analysis system for PET/CT image diagnosis report,which integrates PET/CT image diagnosis report processing,improved image diagnosis entity extraction method,data statistical analysis and data mining,and provides a non-data analysis-oriented data analysis system.An easy-to-use but fully functional PET/CT image diagnostic data analysis system for professionals,helping doctors to better analyze the more comprehensive disease data obtained by PET/CT examinations,and providing more comprehensive and in-depth analysis for the diagnosis of tumors and other diseases.This paper firstly introduces the theoretical knowledge and technology related to named entity recognition and data mining;then analyzes the system’s requirements in detail from the two aspects of function and performance;secondly,studies the entity extraction method for medical imaging diagnosis,and solves the key problems of the paper;Next,the general design and detailed design of the system are carried out,and the design and implementation of the system functions are described in detail from the subsystems and functional modules,and the data analysis is carried out to obtain the analysis results;finally,the functional test and performance test of the system are carried out.,which verifies that the system implementation is as expected.
