| Research purposes:At present,the number of cardiovascular disease patients in China has reached 290 million,and in the context of changes in people’s daily life style and the increasingly serious aging of the social population,the incidence rate of cardiovascular disease has shown a trend of increasing year by year in recent years.According to relevant forecast results,this upward trend may continue for nearly a decade.Coronary heart disease is the most common chronic disease in the elderly.Clinically,coronary heart disease is often divided into stable coronary heart disease and acute coronary syndrome.Among them,stable coronary heart disease includes three types,namely,chronic stable exertional angina,ischemic cardiomyopathy,and stable course after acute coronary syndrome.At present,the research on cognitive function and cardiopulmonary dysfunction in patients with stable coronary heart disease has not attracted attention.This study uses Latin dance exercise intervention to explore the effectiveness of Latin dance on cognitive function and cardiopulmonary function in middle-aged and elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease,and provide practical basis for the development of cognitive and cardiopulmonary function rehabilitation programs for such patients.Research methods:The research methods used in this article include literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experimental analysis,and mathematical statistics,with“Latin dance on the stability of patients with coronary heart disease cognitive function and cardiopulmonary function”as the research object,in chaoyang hospital of middle-aged SCAD patients questionnaire,cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET),heart colour to exceed the physical examination,through inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,eliminate the 10 elderly SCAD patients selected in the experiment.After signing the subject informed consent form,patients undergo a triple weekly 40-minute Latin dance intervention for 12 weeks.Patients collected body morphology,cognitive function and cardiopulmonary function indicators before and 12 weeks after the experiment,and the collected data were processed using SPSS23.0.The medical supervision is doctors or nurses in Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University in Beijing.The exercise mode is online due to the novel coronavirus epidemic,and the subjects are recruited through the form of voluntary registration in the hospital.Research results:1.Body shape indicators:Through 12 weeks of Latin dance exercise intervention,the data of "weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,and chest circumference" of middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients showed a downward trend,and the three indicators of "waist circumference,chest circumference,and hip circumference" showed significant differences(P<0.05),especially the differences in waist circumference indicators were very significant(P<0.01).2.Cognitive function indicators:after a 12-week Latin dance exercise intervention,From the MMSE evaluation,The total score of the patients showed an upward trend,Significant different compared to the intervention(P<0.05),However,there was no statistically significant difference in the sub-items(P>0.05);From the MoCA evaluation,The total score of the patients showed an upward trend,A very significant difference compared to the intervention(P<0.01),The "visual space and executive function,delayed memory”in the subitems were significantly different compared with the intervention(P<0.05);From the HAMD and HAMA evaluations,The total score of patients was very significantly different compared to the intervention(P<0.01).3.cardiopulmonary function index:12 weeks of Latin dance exercise intervention,the patient’s "peak ventilation" index compared with intervention(P<0.01)," metabolic equivalent,peak oxygen consumption,oxygen metabolism threshold" compared with intervention showed significant difference(P<0.05),"oxygen pulse,peak power,output,left ventricular ejection fraction”index compared with intervention,but no significant difference in statistical significance(P>0.05).Research conclusions:1.The 12 week Latin dance exercise intervention can reduce the weight,chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference index of middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients.2.The 12 week Latin dance exercise intervention can improve the cognitive function of middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients,and alleviate the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients.3.The 12 week Latin dance exercise intervention can improve the cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients,and significantly improve the "metabolic equivalent","peak oxygen consumption","anaerobic metabolic threshold",and "peak ventilation" indicators.Recommendation:1.This study only tested the effect of Latin dance exercise intervention on cognitive function of middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients in a short period of time.Because the sample is limited and the intervention time is relatively short,the research results have some limitations.In future research,researchers can increase the sample size,intervention time,and cognitive function testing indicators.2.When Latin dance exercise intervenes in middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients,scientific and reasonable exercise intensity should be adopted according to the actual situation of the patient’s body.It must be carried out step by step,from basic action to combined action,with appropriate music rhythm,scientific and effective practice.3.Due to the variety of Latin dance,it is suggested that in the follow-up study,the various roles and impacts of different dances on middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients can be deeply discussed.4.Develop exercise prescriptions for middle-aged and elderly SCAD patients,paying attention to the setting of exercise intensity.Excessive intensity can lead to accidents,while low intensity cannot achieve the effect of exercise.When designing high-intensity exercise,pay attention to monitoring the patient’s blood pressure.Because,with the increase of Latin dance exercise intensity,it is easy to promote the participants’ high blood pressure and then cause accidents. |
