Theoretical Study On The Pathogenesis Of "Stasis And Poison" In Malignant Tumors In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To construct a theoretical framework for the pathogenesis of "stasis and toxin interjunction" of malignant tumor in traditional Chinese medicine and to reveal its evolution.Methods By literature research,the modern literature related to the theory of stasis and poison of malignant tumor was reviewed,the reasons and research status of the theory were summarized,and the relevant scientific problems faced by the theory were extracted.Through the literature research method,"blood stasis","poison" and "blood stasis",the core concepts of the pathogenesis theory of "blood stasis and poison",as well as the ancient books and modern research literature of malignant tumor were consulted,sorted out,classified and analyzed.The evolutionary process of the concepts of "stasis","poison" and "stasis" in traditional Chinese medicine was studied by means of genetic research,and the related concepts were classified by taxonomic research.This paper uses logic principle to discuss the law of judgment,reasoning and logical thinking on the pathogenesis theory of "blood stasis and poison mutual knot",interprets the connotation of the pathogenesis theory of "blood stasis and poison mutual knot",reconstructs the theoretical framework of the pathogenesis of "blood stasis and poison mutual knot" in traditional Chinese medicine of malignant tumor,and reveals the evolution law of the pathogenesis.Results 1.The theory of malignant tumor stasis and toxicity was proposed due to the development of clinical and traditional Chinese medicine theory of malignant tumor.Contemporary studies on the theory of malignant tumor stasis and toxicity were mainly carried.out from three aspects:pathogenesis,syndrome and etiology.The concept of blood stasis and poison is not clear,The theoretical framework of stasis and poison is not perfect.The establishment of the pathogenesis theory of "blood stasis and poison interformation" of malignant tumor can provide theoretical support for solving the above problems.2.The concept of stasis at the beginning of creation is "blood accumulation".Under the influence of pathological phenomenon,medical observation and ancient philosophical basis,it has been transformed from natural language to abstract concept and evolved into the concept of syndrome,pathogenesis,pathogenic factors and pathological products in traditional Chinese medicine.3.The concept of poison at the beginning of creation was "poison grass not to be near".In the process of evolution,it gradually expanded from natural language to bias,pathogenic properties and pathogenic factors,and evolved into the concept of TCM syndrome,pathogenesis,pathogenic factors and pathological products.4.The concept of Yu toxin at the beginning of creation is toxic and pathogenic factors with the nature of blood stasis.In the occurrence and development process of its concept,according to different subjects,it can be divided into toxic-related pathogenic factors and pathological products with blood stasis as the main body,blood stasis related pathogenic factors and pathological products with poison as the main body,and "blood stasis" pathogenic factors or pathological products with(blood stasis)+(poison)as the main body.5.The pathogenesis of "blood stasis and poison mutual knot" has the characteristics of acute,critical,extensive,persistent,and concurrent pathogenesis,which can be divided into"blood stasis and poison mutual knot" with poison as the main concept and "blood stasis and poison mutual knot" with blood stasis as the main concept.The factors of the two are different,and the concepts at the lower level are also different.6.The concept of malignant tumor disease in TCM is characterized by vague concepts in ancient and modern times and scattered distribution in the form of symptoms.Malignant tumor can be studied by TCM through its nature or symptoms,and can be divided into four levels through taxonomic research.7.The evolution law of TCM "stasis and poison interjunction" in malignant tumor can be summarized as follows:stasis caused by disease,prolonged stasis and poison,and change caused by poison,stasis and poison interjunction.Conclusion It is of great significance to construct the theory of "stasis and toxin interjunction" interjunction pathogenesis of malignant tumor in traditional Chinese medicine.Through the relevant theoretical research methods of genesis,logic,hermeneutics,philology,taxonomy and so on,we can form a relatively reasonable framework for the pathogenesis theory,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the in-depth study of the theory of malignant tumor stasis and poison.
