Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Diseases Related To Hot Blood Chamber In Treatise On Febrile Diseases

Objective:Through the combing and analysis of the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Zhang Zhongjing’s identification and treatment method of hot blood chamber is discussed,including etiology and pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,treatment rules,applicable prescription drugs and transmission and prognosis,and the characteristics and prescription medication rules of hot blood room in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are summarized,and the clinical application scope of hot blood room diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods is further expanded.Research methods:Based on the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,on the basis of literature research and theoretical analysis,this paper discusses the rationale,diagnostic criteria,symptom characteristics,disease evolution,treatment methods and applicable prescriptions of the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” in the blood circulation room by taking notes from various schools,combining medical cases and clinical case reports.Research result:(1)The original text "This is a hot blood chamber" is to judge the pathogenesis based on evidence,and the fact that later generations used the pathogenesis as the name of the disease is different from the original method of naming the symptomatic manifestations in the "Typhoid Theory";(2)The blood chamber is a relatively wide part,not a specific organ,but centered on the pulse pulse,liver and its meridians,and the functional collection of the internal organs meridians related to the uterus,and the "hot in" emphasizes the dynamic evolution of the disease from the surface to the inside;(3)The hot blood chamber clarifies that blood loss and blood deficiency are the internal pathological basis,the external sensation is the cause of the disease,the etiological mechanism is the emptiness of the blood chamber,the external sensation is evil,the heat is inside,and the blood chamber is invaded,resulting in the blood chamber being disturbed by evil heat,qi and blood disorder,dysfunction;(4)Although the original text related to the hot blood room has many titles "women",it is more common in women,but it does not specifically refer to gynecological diseases;(5)The hot blood chamber discussed by later generations of thermopathologists is different from the "Typhoid Theory",and the treatment should consider the nature of evil qi and the stage of disease development.Research conclusion:The occurrence of hot blood chamber is closely related to body endowment and external evil,and the emptiness of the blood chamber when external evil qi is sensed can easily lead to hot blood chamber;Both men and women have hot blood chambers;Evil heat is easy to form with blood,and hot blood chamber has the characteristics of dynamic evolution uncertainty and complexity;The treatment of typhoid fever and warm fever into the blood chamber is based on different nature of feeling evil,each with its own characteristics,typhoid fever into the blood room should be treated by the qi machine,reconcile the surface,penetrate the evil through the heat,warm disease heat into the blood room should clear the heat and nourish the yin,promote qi and activate the blood,cool blood and disperse stasis;In modern clinical practice,diseases related to hot blood chambers include gynaecological diseases caused by external sensation,premenstrual syndrome,mental disorders such as epilepsy,mania,schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in modern medicine.For the treatment of diseases related to the hot blood chamber,the identification and treatment of the hot blood chamber can be considered.
