Object:By using the scalp acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of stroke patients,to observe the improvement of limb movement disorder,we try to explore the method of early percutaneous acupoint catgut embedding therapy to improve limb movement disorder in hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods:In this study,.66 patients are selected according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, under the premise of signing the informed consent. With the ratio of 1:1,the patients are divided into two groups to the scalp catgut embedding therapy combined with routine acupuncture as the experimental group and the treatment of scalp acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture as the control group,33 cases in each group respectively. The experimental group are treated once per week and the control group are treated 3 times per week. Both are treated 4 weeks totally. After the corresponding treatment cycle,we record the relevant data for statistical analysis.Result:1.The general situation of the experimental group and the control group(such as gender, age and duration of specific conditions)before the treatment(Brunnstrom six stage evaluation standard, simplified Ashworth grade Fugl-Meyer motor function score and modified)showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and coparable.2.After 4 weeks of the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,cure in 1 cases, markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 17 cases, invalid in 7 cases, the control group effective rate was 80%,cure in 2 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in all cases, invalid in all cases. There was no significant difference between the two groups of data(P>0.05),suggesting that the scalp acupoint embedding group is effective for improving the physical activity of stroke patients. The treatment effect is better than acupuncture combined with routine acupuncture group.3.By simplifying the Fugl-Meyer motor function score method to evaluate the improvement of the motor function of the affected limb, and found that after treatment, the two groups of patients with limb movement disorders were improved.Among them, the treatment group improved better than the effect of physical activity with the side of control.group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the muscle tension of Ashworth grading scale of two groups of patients were analyzed. The results showed that:two groups of patients before and after treatment of Ashworth grade were improved, and the treatment group improved in patients with spasticity is superior to the control group, with statistical significance the difference(P<0.01).In the six stage of Brunnstrom, the recovery of hemiplegic function was observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The results showed that compared with those before treatment, the hemiplegia function of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).Among them, the recovery degree of hemiplegia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupoint catgut embedding therapy has certain curative effect on cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients with limb disorder and it is relatively better than the scalp acupuncture therapy. Two kinds of therapies can effectively improve the patients with hemiplegia limb movement disorders.
