Establishment And Research Of Rehabilitation Database Of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang Based On Dysfunction Classification

Objective: By studying the connotation and classification of rehabilitation dysfunction at home and abroad,to establish a functional classification suitable for the study of rehabilitation content in ancient Chinese medicine books;By combing the contents of dysfunction in Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,establish and study the rehabilitation database of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang and its guiding significance for the current rehabilitation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: Through establishing a functional classification standard suitable for the rehabilitation database of ancient Chinese medicine books,this study applied exegesis,collation and other philological methods to study the contents of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,including articles related to functional impairment,refining the key words in the articles,and established a series of functions including sensory dysfunction,motor dysfunction,respiratory dysfunction,hearing dysfunction,mental dysfunction,visual impairment Rehabilitation database of speech dysfunction,urination dysfunction and defecation dysfunction.It also systemically collates and studies the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,prognosis,and the guiding significance for the clinical rehabilitation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results: A total of 110 articles were included in this study,and 61 keywords and 33 related diseases were extracted.Among them,the sensory dysfunction module included 50 articles,25 keywords and 12 diseases;The motor dysfunction module included 13 articles,11 keywords and 3 diseases;The respiratory dysfunction module included 12 articles,7 keywords and 5 diseases;The hearing impairment module included 12 articles,3 keywords and 2 diseases;The mental dysfunction module included 6 articles,3 keywords and 2 diseases;The visual impairment module included 6 articles,4 keywords and 4 diseases;The speech dysfunction module included 5 articles,4 keywords and 1 disease;The urination dysfunction module included 4 articles,2 keywords and 2diseases;The defecation dysfunction module included 2 articles,2 keywords and 2 diseases.Conclusion: By establishing the classification criteria of dysfunction in accordance with the research of rehabilitation content in ancient Chinese medicine books,the database of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang was built and studied.This study made up for the lack of abstraction and conceptualization of the description of human dysfunction in ancient Chinese medicine books and the lack of clear classification of dysfunction.Through the study of the dysfunction clauses in the rehabilitation database of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,it was found that Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang had a lot of discussions on the treatment methods of various dysfunction,some of which,such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and diet therapy,are still used in the rehabilitation clinic and had a good effect.Among them,the decoction and pill of traditional Chinese medicine in the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the acupuncture,moxibustion,blowing,etc.in the external treatment,and the dietotherapy have further research significance.Although there were not many related contents about etiology,pathogenesis and prognosis involved in the book,it still had important guiding significance for the related research of future doctors in theory.
