| Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo is an important edition of Ge Hong’s medical books.Ge Hong Medical Books since the book, through Tao Hongjing of Liang Dynasty,Tang Dynasty medical officers and Yang Yongdao of Jin Dynasty, and other people add to change, the book mixed with the text of various periods, the face is more chaotic. As a 30-volume medical book compiled in 984 by 1192 Dempo S.C.of Heian period(794-1192)in Japan,Ishinpo cited more than 200 kinds of literature which had not been revised by the Bureau for Revising Medical Books. It is of great value in medicine, philology, linguistics and so on.Ge Shi Fang is found in twenty-six volumes of the thirty volumes of Ishinpo,The number of quotations in the book is second only to that in Qian Jin Yao Fang. There are many discrepancies between the contents of the articles and Ge Hong’s writings in the handed down Book Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang and other medical books It has important research value. The core of this study will be Ishinpo, which is written by Nakaraike, with reference to Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang,Zheng Lei Ben Cao and other medical books handed down from Ancient Times.A Comparative Study of Ge Hong and Ge Shi Fang,an outline of Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo, the contents of Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo,A Comparative Study of Ge Shi Fang and three kinds of ancient Chinese medical books,As well as Ishinpo quoted by Ge Shi Fang finished time 5 aspects,Ishinpo quoted by Ge Shi Fang for a comprehensive analysis and discussion.1.Gehong and Ge shi fangThe study briefly combs the life and works of Gehong, the author of Ge Shi Fang, and discusses the use of some words in Ge Hong’s works by analyzing the logical relations of the original text.It is concluded that the title of Yu Han Fang is more in line with the original intention of Gehong than that of Yu Han Fang and Jin Gui Yao Fang, two hundred volumes of medical prescriptions written by Gehong. This chapter also makes a detailed analysis of the background and circulation of Gehong’s medical books, and discusses the origin and circulation of Gehong’s medical books in China and Japan. It is believed that the naming method of "author’s surname+Fang" in Ge Shi Fang was not uncommon in the Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties. One of Ge Shi Fang may come from the gradual omission of Gehong’s medical books from the prescriptions for rescuing the dead after the Zhou Hou Jiu Cu Fang,Bu Que Zhou Hou Bai Yi Fang,to Ge Shi Zhou Hou Fang,Ge Shi Bai(Yi)Fang, then to Ge Shi Fang.2.The contents of Ge Shi Fang quoted in IshinpoThere are 459 places,1060 prescriptions in Ishinpo, among which 394 places,1001 prescriptions are directly cited. This paper divides the direct reference into two forms:Medical Theory and medical prescription, which are often combined in the same article.Medical theory is mainly used to expound physiological law, name of disease, cause of disease, syndrome, diagnosis, prognosis and contraindication,etc..Often in the form of"Ge Shi Fang 云...".There are three ways to express medical prescription:"Ge Shi Fang治...","Ge Shi Fang..." and "Ge Shi Fang云...".There are 65 places,59 prescriptions of indirect reference,.From Ma Jixing’s point of view, the author classifies them into "Quan Tong" and "Da Tong"."Quan Tong" is usually expressed in the form of Ge Shi Fang, which means Ge Shi Fang has the same composition as other medical prescriptions, but there are differences in dosage, usage and administration "Da Tong" means that there are some differences or needs to be added between the provisions of Ge Shi Fang and other medical prescriptions on the premise of similar diseases and syndromes. In addition, there are some duplicate contents in the provisions of Ge Shi Fang cited directly and indirectly in Ishinpo.Among them,Ge Shi Fang and Ge Shi Fang indicate that the composition of the drugs in Ge Shi Fang and a medical prescription cited in the book is basically the same The other contents may have the difference, therefore surmises"Ge Shi Fang..." the recorded content may be Ge Shi Fang the original text.3.The contents of Ge Shi Fang quoted in IshinpoIshinpo contained in Ge Shi Fang provisions can be classified into 9 categories according to internal medicine, surgery, facial features, obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics, emergency, infectious diseases, health and beauty.By analyzing its content and characteristics,it is found that Ge Shi Fang, quoted in Ishinpo, has the characteristics of good use of fresh medicine, extensive use of medicine, best use of material and multi-use of substitute. In the aspect of Acupuncture Therapy,Ge Shi Fang paid more attention to moxibustion than needling, and recorded the location of body surface of moxibustion treatment site. Some of the diseases, plants and animals recorded in the recipe have a strong southern style. In addition, the book ban and incantation therapy recorded in Ge Shi Fang reflect the influence of the Wei,Jin and six dynasties,a historical period when medicine was not completely separated from witchcraft.4.A Comparative Study of Ge Shi Fang and three kinds of medical booksBy comparing with the "Geshi" text quoted in the handed down version of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,it can be seen that most of the "Geshi" text quoted in the handed down version of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang is simpler than that in the Ishinpo Prescription. But it can help to correct the quotation of Ishinpo to a certain extent. In addition, some of the"Geshi" words in the handed down version of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang can be found in such quotations as Xiao Pin Fang,Qian Jin Fang and Fan Wang Fang in Ishinpo. It can provide new evidence for the opinion that the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang was revised in the early Tang Dynasty.Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang to Ge Shi Fang there are direct and indirect citation in two ways. There are sixteen volumes or more in the directly quoted version of Ge Shi Fang, which is quite different from that quoted in Ishinpo. There are sixteen volumes or more in Ge Shi Fang cited directly in Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang, which is quite different from that in Ishinpo. The "Ge Shi" provisions indirectly quoted in the Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang through the Ji Yan Fang,,Bei Ji,Zhouhou and Zhang Wenzhong’s words are compared with the Ge Shi Fang quoted in the Ishinpo On the whole,it is closer to the handed down version of Zhou Hou Bei Ji.Fang.In addition, some of "Geshi" writings in the secret notes on the outer stage are more ancient than "Geshi" prescriptions in Ishinpo and the handed down version of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang,or they are not modified by Tao Hongjing,so they have great literature value. The "Geshi" articles directly quoted in Zheng Lei Ben Cao are generally more similar to the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang handed down from ancient times, and include the articles ofXiao Pin Fang,Shen Xiao Fang,Yao Shi Fang and Xu Wang Fang quoted in Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang In addition, the citations in Zheng Lei avoid the taboo in Sui and Tang dynasties,so the "Ge Shi" text quoted directly in Zheng Lei ben Cao should be the edition added and revised by Tang people. The "Ge Shi" text quoted indirectly by Ben Cao Tu Jing,Zhou Hou Fang,Yao Shi Fang in Zheng Lei Ben Cao is not found in Ishinpo, which is more close to Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang in content.5.DiscussionThe Ge Shi Fang quoted in Ishinpo, contains Tao Hongjing’s words in its content, not avoiding the taboo words of Sui,Tang,Five dynasties and the state of Song. Some quantifiers in the book were widely used in the Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties It was replaced by new quantifiers after Sui and Tang dynasties. On the basis of the above analysis, the author thinks that the age of Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo was before Sui Dynasty and after Liang Dynasty. The use of "White Sugar" in Ge Shi Fang quoted in Ishinpo and Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang, both handed down from ancient times,is far earlier than the time when China actually made white sugar.By analyzing the use of white sugar in Ge Shi Fang and comparing the difference between white sugar and honey in using quantity and applicable diseases, this paper holds that White Sugar in Ge Shi Fang is not equal to honey, nor is it equal to the white sugar used today Should belong to at that time the color is relatively white one kind of sugar.6.Conclusion(1)The name of Ge Shi Fang comes from the gradual omission of the name of Ge Hong’s medical record.(2)There are 459 places,1060 prescriptions in Ishinpo, among which 394 and 1001 prescriptions are directly cited, and 65 places,59 prescriptions are indirectly medicine.(4)Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo attach importance to moxibustion and underestimate acupuncture,in which the position of body surface of moxibustion treatment site was described in detail.(5)Ge Shi Fang, which is handed down from ancient Chinese medical books, has complicated characters and is more similar to the contents of the Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang.(6)Ge Shi Fang cited in Ishinpo was written before the Sui Dynasty and after the Liang Dynasty. |
