Clinical Efficacy Of Gushang Fuyuan Tang On Supination-external Rotation Trimalleolar Fracture After Incision And Internal Fixation

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Gushang Fuyuan Tang on supination-external rotation trimalleolar fracture after incision and internal fixation,to investigate and study the fracture typing and clinical treatment plan of triple ankle fracture,to summarize the surgical treatment of supination-external rotation trimalleolar fracture and the clinical efficacy,and to investigate the effect and advantage of Chinese medicine in the post-operative treatment of fracture,to guide the treatment of this disease,in order to improve the cure rate of supination-external rotation trimalleolar fracture.Methods: Patients with supination-external rotation trimalleolar fracture who visited Wendeng Osteopathic Hospital in Shandong Province between 2021.08 and 2022.10 were collected,and data from 62 patients who were hospitalized at different times were selected according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria for the study,and the patients who met the criteria were divided into the conventional treatment group of bone rehabilitation soup combined with internal fixation(hereinafter referred to as the experimental group)and the general data(gender,age,distribution of affected side,cause of injury)of the patients in both groups were required to be comparable,and 2 cases were shed during the experiment,and finally 60 valid samples were obtained,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with our homemade bone rehabilitation soup based on the treatment of the control group,which was started on the first postoperative day after the patients were able to eat,and 1/2 dose each was given orally in the morning and evening for 30 days,with regular postoperative outpatient follow-up for 6-10 months,with an average of 8 months.The differences in fracture healing time between the two groups were recorded and compared;the Baird-Jackson score index of the ankle joint at 6 months after surgery was observed and recorded;the changes in the treatment efficiency of the TCM evidence score before surgery and 7 days after surgery were observed,and the overall efficiency of the two groups was counted.The clinical data of 60 patients before and after surgery were statistically analyzed using the statistical software SPSS26.0,and the changes in the clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.The advantages of internal fixation were investigated.Results: 1.For the recovery of ankle joint mobility,the joint mobility of patients in both groups was poor on the first day after admission,and there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups.The joint mobility of the experimental group kept improving on days 4,7 and 14 after treatment,which was significantly higher than that before surgery(p<0.05),and the improvement of joint mobility was better in the experimental group compared with the control group(p≤0.05).2.For ankle joint functional recovery,comparing the Baird-Jackson score of ankle joint at 6 months after surgery,the recovery of joint function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.For fracture healing time,compared with the two groups,the fracture healing time in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group(p<0.05).4.Regarding the pain of the affected limbs in the two groups,the pain of patients on the first day after admission was compared with that on the third postoperative day,and the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05);on the seventh,tenth and fourteenth postoperative days,the pain in the experimental group decreased significantly(p<0.05)compared with that before treatment,and its decreasing trend was more significant(p<0.05)compared with that of the control group the VAS score was also lower.5.For TCM symptom score,both groups changed after surgery,and The improvement effect of Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence was better in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclusion: Our homemade Gushang Fuyuan Tang is based on the guideline of "tonifying the liver and kidney,activating blood stasis,relieving swelling and pain,and renewing tendons and bones",and the formula of Gushang Fuyuan Tang is based on incision and internal fixation,which can effectively reduce postoperative pain,promote fracture healing and shorten the healing time,and facilitate the recovery of ankle joint function.It can effectively reduce postoperative pain,promote the healing of fracture to shorten the healing time,and facilitate the recovery of ankle function.
