The Clinical Study Of The Sequence Of Reduction And Internal Fixation In Supination External Rotation Ⅳ Degree Trimalleolar Fracture’s Operation

Objective: to observe respectively according to external ankle-after ankle-medialankle order and after ankle-external ankle-medial ankle the sequence of the Supinationexternal rotation Ⅳ degree trimalleolar fracture’s reduction and internal fixation operationprocess, operation time and intraoperative amount of bleeding and postoperativerehabilitation, hope for the reasonable selection of order in the future Supination externalrotation Ⅳ degree trimalleolar fracture surgery open reduction and internal fixation of toprovide the reference basis.Methords: Choose30cases for observation, according to the standard according tothe order reduction and internal fixation of different can be divided into two groups, groupA is according to the order external ankle-after ankle-medial，15cases, group B isaccording to the order after ankle-external ankle-medial malleolus by reduction andinternal fixation group15cases, observe the two groups of cases needed by the patient’sgeneral condition, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative after anklerestoration times, hospitalization time, fracture healing time and postoperative AOFASafter6months after ankle foot evaluation standard grading, etc. Statistical data of eachindex and statistical software analysis.Results: Supination external rotation Ⅳdegree trimalleolar fractures with externalankle–after ankle–medial ankle order reduction and internal fixation group used shorteroperative time, intraoperative blood loss less，but between groups in reducing frequency ofankle after reset, length of hospital stay, fractures in patients with late clinical healing timeand no statistically significant differences on the ankle function restoration. Conclusion: Supination external rotation Ⅳ degree trimalleolar fractures withexternal ankle–after ankle–medial ankle order reduction and internal fixation isbeneficial to reduce the operation difficulty, shorten the operation time, reduceintraoperative blood loss and damage, operation is a good alternative choice.
