Clinical Observation On Qingdan Tongfu Decoction Combined With Pressing Acupuncture In Treating Hypertension Of Shaoyang Yangming Syndrome Type

Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of qingguantong Fu decoction combined with press needles for the treatment of grade 1 hypertension(Shaoyang Yangming synthase type)by observing the changes in office BP,24 h ambulatory BP,and TCM syndrome scores before and after the application of qingguantong Fu decoction combined with press needles in patients with grade 1 hypertension,we further investigated the clinical value of qingguantong Fu decoction combined with press needles for the treatment of grade 1 hypertension(Shaoyang Yangming synthase type).Method: The clinical cases were screened in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the research group.After being determined to be included in the research group,90 patients were randomly divided into two groups using SPSS26.0 software to generate a random number table.90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with the control group(valsartan capsule),and the other group was treated with the experimental group(Qingdan Tongfu decoction combined with pressing needle),Observe and record the changes of clinical room blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and other efficacy indicators and safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.The whole course of treatment was 4 weeks,and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1.Antihypertensive effect: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.1%,and the total effective rate of the controlgroup was 71.1%,suggesting that the antihypertensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,indicating that the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Therapeutic effect of various symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine:Both groups have significant effects on improving patients’ headache,dizziness,restlessness,chest and hypochondriasis,bitter mouth,dry throat,loss of appetite,thirst for cold drinks,constipation,redness,and double movement symptoms.The experimental group is significantly better than the control group in improving patients’ headache,dizziness,chest and hypochondriasis,loss of appetite,thirst for cold drinks,constipation,redness,and double movement(P < 0.05).While there was no significant difference in improving restlessness,bitter mouth,and dry throat(P>0.05).4.Safety evaluation: There were no obvious abnormalities in liver function,renal function,blood routine,stool routine and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.There were no obvious adverse reactions before,after and during the treatment.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Qingdan Tongfu Decoction combined with pressing needle in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension is clear.It can improve the clinical efficacy indicators of grade 1 hypertension,such as consulting room blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,etc.,and has good safety and no adverse events,which is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
