| Objective:Based on the Genjie’s theory of Lingshu,by observing the curative effect tinnitus which was caused by liver fire disturbance was treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to compare the difference. The clinical efficacy which combination of acupuncture and medicine based on the guidance of Genjie’s theory treated tinnitus would be explored as the purpose of offerring a new idea and method that treat clinically tinnitus by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with liver-fire disturbance tinnitus were randomly divided into test group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The test group lost 1 case. The control group:It was treated with Xiehuoximing decoction, and took one dose a day for 4 weeks. The test group:on the basis of the treatment in the control group, based on the Genjie’s theory of Lingshu, the main acupoints were selected as Zushaoyang’s root acupoint Zuqiaoyin,Jie acupoint Tinggong,Zujueyin’s root acupoint Dadun and Jie acupoint Yutang.Taichong,Zhongzhu and Qiuxu were selected as acupoints according to syndrome differentiation. The acupoints of Tinggong are treated by deep acupuncture based on the route of "Chuanglong, ear" and gallbladder meridian deep into the ear contained in "Lingshu Genjie".Use a 2.5-inch long needle to deep into the Tinggong, and it is better to insert all the needles into the acupoints. After getting qi,you could not supplement and purge by manipulation, and the rest of the acupoints were routinely needled. The needle was retained for40 minutes each time,3 times a week, with an interval of 1 day,and 1day off on Sundays. The scores of tinnitus severity scale(TEQ)and tinnitus disturbance scale(THI)filled in by patients before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS26.0,and the scores of TEQ and THI were compared to evaluate the curative effect.Result:1.Baseline comparison before treatment:The two groups were no obvious difference in gender, tinnitus side, age, course of disease, total score of TEQ and THI and scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).It is comparable.2.Comparison of tinnitus severity scale(TEQ)after treatment:The two groups before and after treatment were obvious difference in the total scores and each scores of TEQ(P<0.05).After treatment, there were obvious difference in TEQ total score,TEQ tinnitus environment score, duration score, sleep effect score, mood effect score and self-score between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).The test group and the control group were no obvious difference in the influence score of tinnitus on work of TEQ(P>0.05).3.Comparison of tinnitus disorder assessment scale(THI)after treatment:The two groups before and after treatment were obvious difference in the THI total scores and each scores(P>0.05).The test group was significantly different from the control group in the THI total scores and each scores of the patients after treatment(P<0.05).4.Curative effect:The two groups were obvious difference in the total effective rate(P<0.05).In the test group,2 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 82.75%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,2 cases showed,19 cases were effective,9cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70%.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine based on the Genjie’s theory of Lingshu is better than oral traditional Chinese medicine alone in the treatment of tinnitus with liver-fire disturbance. |
