Clinical Observation Of Scalp Acupuncture Combined Body Acupuncture On Liver-fire Disturbane Type Tinnitus

Objective:To explore better ideas and methods of acupuncture treatment of tinnitus through theoretical exploration and clinical observation of the treatment of scalp acupuncture combined body acupuncture on liver-fire disturbance type tinnitus.Research methods:Fifty patients with liver fire disturbance type tinnitus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and body acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture in the scalp area and auricular temporal area of Zhu’s scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The patients received a total of 2 courses of treatment.Tinnitus Assessment Scale(TEQ),Tinnitus Disability Assessment Scale(THI),TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Rating Scale(PSQI)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were evaluated before and after treatment,data were collected and the differences in efficacy between the two groups were analyzed.Results:1.TEQ score:before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.THI score:before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.PSQI score:before and after treatment,there was statistical significance in both groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.HAMA score:Before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of the two groups was92% in the treatment group and 72% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both head and body acupuncture combined therapy and conventional body acupuncture therapy can improved TEQ score,THI score,TCM syndrome score,PSQI score and HAMA score.2.Compared with conventional body acupuncture,head and body acupuncture combined therapy has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of liver and fire disturbance type tinnitus,and no obvious adverse reactions occur in the treatment process,so it is a safe,effective and feasible treatment plan for tinnitus.
