| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qihuang Zhihan Granules on children’s sweating syndrome(Qi deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome). Methods: 78 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given oral Qihuang antihan granules, and the control group was given oral Huayan Antihan granules combined with Xiaoer Qixing tea granules. The treatment course of the two groups was 1 week. After the treatment course,TCM syndrome scores and symptom scores of the two groups were compared, and SPSS 26.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data,so as to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qihuang Zhihan granules in the treatment of children’s sweating syndrome(Qi deficiency and dampness heat syndrome). Results: 1.A total of 5 cases were shed during clinical treatment, including 3 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group. Finally, there were 36 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the treatment group. After comparison, there was no statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In terms of the total effective rate, the total effective rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 80.6% in the control group.Chi-square test showed that there was no statistical difference in the composition ratio of the total effective number between the two groups(P > 0.05).The rank sum test showed that there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment, the scores of symptoms, the total scores of main symptoms, the total scores of secondary symptoms and the total scores of TCM syndroms of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the total score of main disease, total score of secondary disease and total score of TCM syndrome(P < 0.05);It was better than the control group in improving appetite, food intake, irritability, hot hands and feet, halitosis and defecation(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in fatigue symptoms(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Qihuang Antihan Granules have effective clinical effect on children’s sweating syndrome(Qi deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome),and it is better than Xuhanting granules and Xiaoer Qixingcha granules.2.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment, indicating that Qihuang Antisweating granules are safe. |
