Clinical Study Of Qizhu Xiaopi Granule Combined With Silibinin Capsules In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qizhu Xiaopi Granule combined with Silibinin Capsules in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with spleen-kidney deficiency through clinical observation and comparison of multiple indexes of two groups of patients,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods: A total of 60 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with spleen-kidney deficiency who met the inclusion criteria of this project were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group with 30 cases and the control group with 30 cases.The experimental group was given Qizhu Xiaopi Granule(1 dose a day,taken after breakfast and dinner)combined with Silibinin Capsules(3 capsules per time,3 times a day),and the control group was given Silibinin Capsules(3 capsules per time,3times a day).The total course of 12 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,abdominal B-ultrasound results,fat attenuation parameters(FAP),BMI,ALT,AST,GGT,TC and TG before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,and SPSS25 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome total points in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),with statistical significance.To compare two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of the test group reached 93.33%,which was significantly different from 73.33% of the control group(P<0.01).2.Biochemical indicators: Statistical analysis of liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)indicators of the two groups after treatment showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving ALT and AST(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in GGT between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of blood lipid(TG,TC)in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Imaging examination: The B-ultrasound results and FAP values of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed after treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Body mass index(BMI): After treatment,the BMI of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and statistical analysis showed that the improvement level of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).5.Comprehensive efficacy: After treatment,the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The total effective rate of the experimental group reached 83.33%,which was statistically different from 60.00% of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety indicators: During the treatment period,no adverse reactions were observed in both groups of patients,and there were no significant abnormalities in electrocardiogram,blood routine,urine sediment,fecal sediment,and other examinations.Conclusion: On the basis of adjusting diet structure and reasonable exercise,Qizhu Xiaopi Granule combined with Silibinin Capsules has a good therapeutic effect on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type,which can effectively relieve patients’ clinical symptoms,reduce patients’ BMI and biochemical indicators,and Improve the fat attenuation parameters and the classification of fatty liver by B-ultrasound.
