Study On Clinical Effect Of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis In Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Shuganjianpi Decoction

Purpose:The clinical research to observe ShuganJianpi Decoction in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis(NASH),compared with the control group (polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules) were compared, objective evaluation of the curative effect and security,in order for the treatment of NASH to provide new ideas and methods of treatment.Method:Select 49 cases of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group (26 cases) and control group (23 cases, including due to patient compliance, no referral depigmentation four cases and other reasons, it is in control group of 19 cases). Comparison of the two groups in age, gender, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, duration and severity, etc., the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), comparable.The treatment group treated with Shugan Jianpi Decoction addition and subtraction with the disease, day 1 agent, sooner or later, Shuijianbi; patients in control group were treated with oral polyene phosphatidylcholine (Essentiale), each 456mg,3 times a day; in the other two groups patients were with diet and proper exercise therapy; treatment for 12 weeks. After the course of treatment, the changes of symptoms, signs, liver function, blood lipids, ultrasonography, body mass index and safety index of the patients were observed and recorded.Results:1.The total clinical efficacy of the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.30%;the control group total effective rate was 78.94%;the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The changes of blood lipids in two groups:the two groups before and after treatment, TG.TC were statistically significant (p<0.01),and the treatment group TC,TG levels were lower than the control group.3.Two groups of liver function before and after treatment:two groups before and after treatment,AST,ALT,GGT group compared with statistical difference (p<0.01),and the treatment group ALT,AST,GGT level is lower than the control group.4.Two groups of liver B ultrasound comparison:the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.46%, the total effective rate of control group was 73.68%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5.Two groups of Chinese medicine symptom score comparison:after treatment, the control group,TCM symptom scores were 2.32+1.80,6.42+4.65,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).6.Security Assessment:The clinical research trials found no significant adverse reactions and side effects, safety index analysis were normal, indicating good safety Shuganjianpi party.Conclusion:Shuganjianpi prescription can improve NASH patients’ clinical symptoms, liver function, blood lipids, body mass index and B ultrasonic effect, it is an effective prescription treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
