Objective: To explore the correlation between the clinical objective indicators of fibrinogen concentration,D-dimer,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol,C-reactive protein, homocysteine and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation of Acute Ischemic Stroke. Methods: A total of 431 patients with acute ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the Department of Neurology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to February2023 were selected, and the patients were divided into four types according to the diagnostic scale of syndrome elements of ischemic stroke: phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,wind-fire disturbance syndrome, yin deficiency and wind-dynamic syndrome.By collecting the general data of 431 patients during the hospital, fibrinogen concentration,D-dimer Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol,C-reactive protein and homocysteine test data, summarize the characteristics of the above clinical indicators, and analyze the correlation between them and TCM syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke.Results:(1)The mean value of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was higher than that in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and there was a significant difference between the two(P=0.006<0.05);The mean value of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with wind-fire disturbance syndrome was higher than that in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and there was a significant difference between the two(P=0.026<0.05);The mean value of homocysteine in patients with phlegmstasis syndrome was higher than that in patients with qi-deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome, and there was a significant difference between the two(P=0.018<0.05);The mean value of homocysteine in patients with phlegmstasis obstruction syndrome was higher than that in patients with windfire disturbance syndrome(P=0.039<0.05).(2)Compared with the syndrome of wind-fire disturbance, the effect of abnormal homocysteine on the syndrome of phlegm-stasis obstruction of collaterals was statistically significant(P=0.046<0.05);Compared with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, the effect of abnormal homocysteine on the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction was statistically significant(P=0.014 < 0.05);Compared with wind-fire disturbance syndrome,D-dimer abnormality has a statistically significant impact on the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis(P=0.021<0.05).Conclusion: There is a correlation between homocysteine and acute ischemic stroke syndrome of phlegm-stasis blocking collaterals, which provides medical evidence for the medical model under the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, promotes the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, and has certain clinical value.
