Ubjective This research intends to discuss the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) of traditional Chinese medicine and the cases of general situation, fasting plasma g lucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), blood fat, plat elet aggregation function (PAG), fibrinogen (Fib), c-reactive protein (CRP), blood uric acid (UA) and the incidence of chro nic complications of type 2 diabetes, which provides theoreti cal basis for the objective quantification of traditional Chin ese medicine and apply the results to the clinical prevention and treatment, as the combination therapy of type 2 diabetes p rovide a suitable meeting point, delaying disease progression in type 2 diabetes and to improve prognosis, effective prevent ion of complications and deterioration, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and reduce the economic burden on society and the family. Methods The 195 patients, who came from the department of tr aditional Chinese medicine and blood endocrinology, Wuhan NO.3 Hospital between January 2013 to October 2013, and diagnosed withtype 2 diabetes mellitus, all patients with type 2 diabetes ac cording to TOM syndrome type standards are divided into groups exuberant heat, Qi group, yin and yang, blood stasis and cont ext four groups, cases detailed history, physical examination and record the relevant biochemical laboratory parameters, the index recorded in the study between TCM syndrome types and th e healthy control group for comparison, At the same time selec t outpatient medical center healthy 30 cases as control group, biochemical laboratory tests were normal, not find organic di sease. The Index will be recorded between the syndrome of TCM group and the healthy control group which were compared five g roups to discuss their relevance. Results ① between the syndrome and healthy control group se x, BMI was no significant difference (P> 0.05). ② between the syndrome and healthy control group from the age of view, Qi g roup, yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis vein group comp ared with the healthy control group were significantly higher (P<0.05), exuberant heat group Qi group, between yin and yang, blood stasis and vein group no significant difference Qi gro up and yin and yang between groups were significantly differen t③ between TCM syndrome types group course significant differ ences (P<0.05), duration trends are:Yin Heat Group Qiyinlian gxu Group <Stasis context Group <yin and yang groups, each gro up of between fasting blood glucose, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) glycated hemoglobin. ④ the syndrome of T CM group and healthy control group of triglycerides, cholester ol, LDL basically there was a significant difference (P<0.05), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in various syndromes: the yin and yang Group> Qiyinliangxu group> deficiency excess ive heat group, there are significant differences among the gr oups, blood stasis choroid group can occur at any stage of the disease process, no significant difference between triglyceri de TCM syndrome types, high density lipoprotein yin and yang g roup was significantly lower than the control group, there wer e no other groups was significant difference between two signi ficant differences (P<0.05). ⑤ between TCM syndrome types gr oup of plasma fibrinogen and platelet aggregation, blood stasi s vein group was significantly higher than other groups, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), no significant differ ence among the other groups (P> 0.05) ⑥ between the syndrome o f traditional Chinese medicine group and control group C-react ive protein was significant difference (P<0.05), between the syndrome TCM:yin and yang group> blood stasis choroid group> Qi group> deficiency There was a significant difference (P<0. 05), serum uric acid group in terms of Qi, yin and yang, blood stasis and vein were significantly higher than the control gr oup among the group of heat Sheng group, there was a significa nt difference (P< 0.05), TCM between the syndrome and CPR tre nds are consistent. ⑦ between TCM group the incidence of the syndrome associated with chronic complications is gradually in creased. Conclusion The results of this study show that, in general, a nd a number of clinical laboratory parameters of type 2 diabet es in trends TCM Syndrome Differentiation is exuberant heat gr oup, Qi group, yin and yang group, is increased in turn and bl ood stasis group context can occur at any stage of the disease, the incidence of type 2 diabetes mainly to Qi Deficiency, Qi Deficiency is a turning point in the course of type 2 diabetes, duration, glycated hemoglobin, lipids, CRP and the incidence rate associated with chronic complications associated with typ e 2 diabetes TCM typing relations are very close, the objectiv e laws of TCM helps in the treatment of type 2 diabetes at the same time, we should actively monitor these clinical laborato ry parameters, to understand disease process and early prevent ion can effectively delay the progression of the disease and p revent complications worsen.
