Clinical Study Of Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Pramipexole In The Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Depression

Objective: This topic will treat patients with Parkinson’s disease with depression with Xiaoyao Powder combined with Pramipexole in order to improve the depressive symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease and improve the quality of life;To provide theoretical basis for the further treatment of PD with depression by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: The patients in this study were from patients with Parkinson’s disease and depression in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Airport Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method During the experimental study,the two groups of patients continued to take anti-Parkinson’s disease drugs.During the observation period,the original drug dose should not be increased as much as possible.In case of switching phenomenon,abnormal movement and other symptoms,the drug can be adjusted appropriately.The control group was treated with Pramipexole Hydrochloride Tablets and Dosiazid Tablets,while The treatment group was additionally treated with Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of control group for 30 days.Before and after treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale score(HAMD-24)was used to evaluate the depressive state of the patients,the UPDRS-I was used to evaluate the movement symptoms of the two groups of patients,and the quantitative score of TCM syndrome grading was used to evaluate the symptoms and signs of depression.The safety was compared and analyzed according to blood routine test,urine routine test,liver function,renal function,cardiac diagram and other indicators before and after treatment.All data were processed with SPSS22.0 software.Results: 1.After 30 days of treatment,the score of depression in the treatment group and the control group decreased,(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant;(P<0.05)The difference between groups was statistically significant.2.After 30 days of treatment,the UPDRS-I score of the treatment group and the control group decreased,(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant;(P<0.05)The difference between groups was statistically significant.3.After 30 days of treatment,the score of TCM symptoms of depression in the treatment group and the control group decreased,(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant;(P<0.05)The difference between groups was statistically significant.4.According to the quantitative score of TCM syndrome grading,after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group in treating Parkinson’s disease with depression was 85.71%,while the effective rate of the control group in treating Parkinson’s disease with depression was 62.96%.The effective rate between the two groups was statistically tested,and its P value was<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: The research results show that Xiaoyao powder combined with Pramipexole tablets can reduce the scores of UPDRS-I,HAMD-24 and TCM syndrome score in the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease and depression,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,with definite clinical effect and high safety,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
