Study On The Popularization And Application Of Tcm Recuperation Scheme Based On The Theory Of "Cure The Disease" In The Prevention And Treatment Of Childhood Asthma (Remission Period)

Objective:Multicentric clinical observation and questionnaire were used to evaluate the clinical applicability and applicability of the pediatric asthma care plan(remission period),so as to provide constructive suggestions for the optimization of the care plan,so as to further popularize the pediatric asthma care plan featuring the combination of "regulation","care" and "treatment".Methods:Collected between April 2020 and January 2021 in our hospital and five cooperation unit,conform to the pediatric asthma remission in the diagnosis of children with inpatient and outpatient cases,the competent units physician to fill in the pediatric asthma cases nursing application program evaluation questionnaire and pediatric asthma rehabilitation scheme applicability questionnaire,statistics of clinical diagnosis,therapy and therapeutic principle,formulas,cultivate and prevention,safety,efficacy,diagnosis and treatment cost etc,combining SPSS21.0 packages,carries on the statistical data processing.Results:Results analysis of the application evaluation case questionnaire: 1.The coincidence rate of disease diagnosis,Western medicine diagnosis basis and TCM syndrome classification was 100%,and the coincidence rate of TCM disease diagnosis basis was 99.6%;2.The clinical diagnosis coincidence rate of this scheme is high,the coincidence rate is more than 95%.2.The concordant rate of the treatment principle and the main prescription in the remission stage of children’s bronchial asthma was 99.6%,and the concordant rate of other treatment methods was 95.7%,indicating good clinical application in the treatment of syndrome differentiation.3.The clinical recovery rate of the regimen was 58.9%.4.The safety distribution of the scheme was as follows: 178 cases(62.5%)were very good,107 cases(37.5%)were good,and no cases were evaluated as average or poor.The distribution of economic evaluation was as follows: good 154 cases(53%),good 92 cases(34%),and no poor cases.The overall evaluation of pediatric asthma care plan(remission period)can be applied to clinical practice.Analysis of Adaptability Questionnaire Results: Based on the above survey results,71.7% of physicians used this program before the survey;100% of the evaluated physicians were familiar with the program;Those who thought that the scope of application of the scheme was clear accounted for 95%.On the overall quality level,the application rate of this program in terms of terms,diagnosis points,syndrome classification,treatment principles and methods,regulation and prevention reaches more than 85%.In terms of application,it is compatible with the content of relevant standards.The reasonableness and integrity of content and structure were 96.6% and 88.4%respectively.The scores of safety,economy and simplicity of the scheme fluctuated between 7 and 6 points.It was considered that the scheme had a good effect on regulating medical management and guaranteeing the quality of medical service.In the comprehensive evaluation,96.7% of the patients thought that the scheme could be fully applicable in the medical service practice.The overall application rate is high.Conclusions:Pediatric asthma rehabilitation scheme(remission)application suitability evaluation questionnaire and questionnaire score were higher,clinical coincidence rate over 95%,applicable rate over 85%,the overall quality is better,in line with the clinical practical application,the basic applied to clinical,but still need to further improve the applicable rate,this scheme can be used as a clinical physician in the treatment of infantile asthma remission of aftercare plan,proposal revised further popularization and application.
