Data Mining Study On The Intervention Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Prescription On Hepatic Fibrosis Based On National Patent

Objective:This study intends to explore the rule of patent compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of liver fibrosis in the national patent database,in order to provide a new reference for clinical treatment of liver fibrosis.Methods:The computer records the patent data of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription interfering with liver fibrosis in the Chinese patent publication website of the State intellectual property Office.The composition of traditional Chinese medicine in the patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of liver fibrosis was inputted into the excel document,and the patent database of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription of liver fibrosis was established.The compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine compound patent was analyzed by drug frequency,association rules and complex system entropy method,and the research results were presented in the form of words and charts by using the "data analysis" module of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Computing platform(V3.0)".To provide new ideas for clinical research and development of drugs for liver fibrosis.Results:A total of 462 compound patents of traditional Chi nese medicine were included and 462 prescriptions were extrac ted,involving 731 traditional Chinese medicines.The top 20 Ch inese medicines used are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Astragali,Bupleurum,Angelica,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Biejia,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Panax notoginseng,Yinchen,Codonopsis pilosula,Schisandra chinensis,Yujin,Ra dix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Polygoni,Polygonum cuspidatum,Hedyotis diffusa,Peach Ren and Scutellaria baicalensis.The di stribution of the four qi of the drug is mainly cold,warm and flat;the distribution of the five flavors of the drug is mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;the top six meridians are the liver meridian,the spleen meridian,the lung meridian,the heart me ridian,the stomach meridian and the kidney meridian;the dru gs most frequently used are drugs for tonifying deficiency,acti vating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,followed b y heat-clearing drugs,diuresis and dampness-promoting drugs a nd qi-regulating drugs.Correlation analysis shows that there are 36 groups of commonly used drug combinations,including "S alvia miltiorr-hiza-Radix Astragali","Huangqi-Atractylodes macroc ephala","Salvia miltiorrhiza-Bupleurum","Salvia miltiorrhiza-At ractylodes macrocephala","Radix Astragali-Bupleurum","Astraga lus-Biejia","Radix Astragali and Angelica sinensis",etc.Based on the rule analysis of drugs,seven association rules are obta ined,which are "Salvia miltiorrhiza-Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz","Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae-Radix angelicae Sinensis","Radix Astragali-Radix Atractylodis Miltiorrhizae","Radix Astra gali-Radix angelicae Miltiorrhizae","Radix Salviae Miltior-rhizae-Radix Astragali","Radix Astragali-Radix Bupleuri","Radix Ast ragali-Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae".Five groups of new prescript ions were obtained by cluster core combination analysis of tra ditional Chinese medicine,which are "Radix Astragali-Salvia m iltiorrhiza-Glycyrrhiza uralensis-Radix Bupleuri-Radix Paeoniae Alba-Angelica","Salvia miltiorrhiza-Radix Astragali-Panax Notog inseng-Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos-Biejia","Salvia mil tiorrhiza-Astragalus membranaceus-Yinchen-Radix Paeoniae Rub ra-Yujin-Biejia","Bupleurum-Gardenia-Yinchen-Platycodon grandif lorum-licorice-Angelica","Coptis chinensis-Biejia-Evodia-Scutellar ia baicalensis-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Radix Paeoniae Alba".Conclusions:The core causes of liver fibrosis are deficiency of vital qi and internal knot of dampness-heat and blood stasis,and the treatment is mainly based on the treatment of liver and spleen,and the clinical application of drugs should pay attention to both tonifying and reducing,deficiency and excess,invigorating vital energy and dispelling evil,and the main treatment methods are soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat,dampness and detoxification.The five new guidelines for patients with different syndrome types of liver fibrosis reflect the differences in pathogenesis characteristics of liver fibrosis at different stages,and provide new ideas for the treatment of liver fibrosis based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,which need to be further verified in clinical practice.
