An Analysis Of Drug Thinking And Application Of Tang Rongchuan’s Dispensing Prescription Based On Image Thinking

Objective: Tang Rongchuan was a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty,and his time was quite similar to ours,which was the convergence of Chinese and Western medicine.He advocated the convergence of Chinese and Western medicine,and was a leader in the convergence of Chinese and Western medicine.He collected books and the sayings of former sages,and had a lot of experience in medicine to explain the invention and unique insights.Returning to the traditional image thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and studying the thought of sending prescriptions based on the image thinking,this will help to better apply this way of thinking to the medicine science and promote the development of medicine science,so as to promote the clinical development of traditional Chinese medicine has far-reaching significance and value.Methods: One is to use the literature analysis method to dig out the classic books about the image thinking and Tang Rongchuan’s prescription medicine,and analyze and sort out the knowledge related to them.The second is the use of case analysis method,in contrast interpretation,to the case as a reference comparative analysis.Thirdly,the existing research results are sorted out by induction and summary,and the research content and results are further condensed and discussed.Results: 1.Tang’s thinking on the application of images in medicine includes the elaboration of physiological phenomena by combining the hexagrams of Zhou Yi,the elaboration of the five movements of Qi and the six movements of Qi,the elaboration of the diseases of the Four periods with the images of phenology,the combination of the entity of Zang-fu organs and the gasification of Zang-fu organs,and the depiction of the changes of Yin and Yang,water,fire,Qi and blood.2.The thinking of applying images in Tang’s dispensing prescriptions involves taking the changing images of seven prescriptions,discussing the changing images of Yin Yang,water,fire and qi,and using the theory of Helo image number to explain the dosages of drugs,the opposite images of compatibility,and the changing images of decocting and administering drugs.3.The thought of images used in Tang’s medication includes the images of Zhouyi hexagrams,gasification,Zang-fu organs,five elements,and medicinal parts of traditional Chinese medicine.The hexagrams of Zhou Yi include the images of the eight trigrams,the images of the hexagrams,the images of the hexagrams and so on.The images of the five elements also cover the images based on the five elements and the five elements.The image of the medicinal parts of traditional Chinese medicine includes the image of the rise and fall of the drug.Conclusion(s): Tang Rongchuan attached great importance to the observation and understanding of objects,and reflected rich image thinking in dispensing prescriptions.In the clinical application of prescriptions and drugs,he was good at taking the images of life nature to guide the clinic,and achieved good curative effect.
