| With the development of social economy,the national income level is getting higher and higher,and at the same time,the public’s concern for medical and health care is also rising,and the level of medical services and medical security in China is getting higher and higher,which can basically protect the life and health of the public.However,the problems of "expensive and difficult medical care" are becoming more and more serious,and disputes between doctors and patients are common,which seriously hinder the development of medical and health care.The humanistic management carries out different levels of management in an orderly and harmonious manner according to the different needs of different people in order to promote the overall development of people.Medical humanistic management emphasizes the need to take humanistic care as the leading role,to provide humanistic services to patients and humanistic management to employees.This management mode is conducive to meeting the needs of patients and employees,reducing doctor-patient conflicts and promoting the development of public hospitals.This article selects take area of S district people’s hospital as the research target,using research methods such as literature research,field research,questionnaires,and case studies,analyzes its current status,and according to the questionnaire survey,found some significant problems of its in the process of pushing,such as Insufficient recognition of humanistic management concept,humanistic management process in form,humanistic service level to be improved and insufficient humanistic management environment construction.Through the researches in the cause of the problem,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of improvement,from the degree of attention to the humanistic management of the hospital,build scientific and humanistic management implementation of the system,the hospital humanistic service level and improve the humanistic management of the construction of the environment and so on several aspects,deepening and perfecting the humanistic management to take area of S district people’s hospital,Improve the satisfaction of hospital staff and patients,and enhance the competitiveness of the hospital.The results of this study can be useful for other public hospitals in designing management models and clarifying development strategies. |
