| Comprehensively promoting the construction of healthy countryside and improving the level of basic health services in rural areas is an important component of pastoral revitalization and the only way to achieve the goal of common prosperity. The realization of"Everyone enjoying basic medical and health services" has become an important goal of social construction and people’s livelihood development in our country.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the progress of rural medical and health services has been remarkable. However, compared with the basic health service needs of rural residents, there is still great room for improvement in rural medical services. This paper takes D town as an example, through the questionnaire survey and case interviews to conduct an in-depth discussion on the supply of rural medical services. The results showed that the policy support system of rural medical and health services was constantly improved, the service content was increasingly enriched, the infrastructure was continuously improved, and the service capacity and quality were constantly improved. At the same time, there are also problems such as insufficient service resources, prominent contradiction between supply and demand, enormous gap of medical and health professionals, and service quality is still to be improved.Reasons are not only deficient and unreasonable expenditure, but also low treatment of service personnel, unclear career prospects, policy cohesion and supporting factors. Therefore, under the background of common prosperity and rural revitalization strategy,to improve the rural medical service supply system,it is necessary to further clarify the public goods attribute of basic medical and health services, continuously strengthen the government’s responsibility, especially to guarantee the medical service needs of people with special difficulties. To innovate professional talent service methods, expand the talent pool, and continuously improve the treatment of medical staff;Through the integration of county medical and health resources, optimize the distribution of resources, vigorously promote the family doctor contract service; We should continue to take a problem-oriented approach, make up for rural historical debts and infrastructure weaknesses, and actively improve supporting policies and measures for rural medical and health services. |
