| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture point injection of snake venom hemocoagulase at Kongzui point associated with conventional Western medicine therapy in the treatment of hemoptysis, and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture point injection of snake venom hemocoagulase at Kongzui point in the treatment of hemoptysis.Method The 70 patients who were hospitalized in Jingmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei Province from September 2020 to December 2022 and clinically diagnosed with hemoptysis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group used the treatment measures of acupuncture point injection of snake venom hemocoagulase at Kongzui point combined with conventional Western medicine, and the control group adopted the treatment measures of conventional Western medicine, and the treatment course was 7 days. Then, the statistical software was used to analyze the number of the changes of hemostatic days, the overall efficacy, single points of TCM syndrome, total score of TCM syndrome, clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome and safety index. Results 1.General data comparison: There were no significant differences in general data such as age, sex, hemoptysis volume and disease type between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Average hemostasis time: The average number of days to stop bleeding in the treatment group was 1.67 days, and the control group was 4.60 days, that is,the average hemostasis time of patients in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the average hemostasis time of patients in the two groups had obvious differences.3.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 88.20%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 75.80%,that is,the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Individual points of TCM syndrome: The single points of TCM syndrome(hemoptysis, cough, sputum production,,chest tightness,)in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with the previous one,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM symptoms and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Total points of TCM syndrome: The total points of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group decreased to different degrees compared with before treatment, among which the total points of TCM syndrome in the treatment group after treatment decreased more than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome: the overall eclinical efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 91.2%,and the overall eclinical efficacy of TCM symptoms in the control group was 84.8%.That is,the overall clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety evaluation: Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in vital signs, blood routine, urinalysis, stool routine, liver function, kidney function, coagulation function, electrocardiogram, lung function and other tests of patients in the treatment group and the control group.Neither group experienced any adverse effects during treatment. The safety evaluation is level 1 safety. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture point injection of snake venom hemocoagulase at Kongzui point combined with conventional Western medicine has a good clinical effect, can effectively shorten the hemoptysis time of patients, and is better than the conventional treatment group of Western medicine in improving the symptoms of cough, sputum, dyspnea and chest tightness.During the treatment, none of the patients had adverse reactions to drugs or deterioration of their conditions,so the treatment method of acupuncture point injection of snake venom hemocoagulase at Kongzui point was safe and had the value of further research. |
