| Objective:To evaluate the influencing factors of bone graft material modification in maxillary sinus after a 6-month healing period in patients with implants implanted at the same time as maxillary sinus floor lift.Materials and methods:The cases of simultaneous implant implant implants undergoing bone grafting with maxillary sinus floor lift from April 2021 to March 2022 from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected,and the study patients were selected for inclusion according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Prepare cavities according to the oral implant operation guidelines and perform transalveolar crest parietal maxillary sinus floor internal lift,confirm the integrity of the sinus floor mucosa,and fill the bone graft material under the raised sinus floor mucosa.If the intraoperative implant is not stable,a maxillary sinus floor lift abutment needs to be installed to prevent the implant from displacing in the maxillary sinus.The second stage of surgery was performed 6 months after surgery,and CBCT was taken before surgery to check the reconstruction of bone graft materials in the maxillary sinus,and ΔAGH and ΔBD were compared immediately after surgery and 6 months after surgery.The reconstruction of bone graft materials in the maxillary sinus was evaluated by the following measurement indexes:(1)anatomical factors of maxillary sinus at preoperative implant sites(SW,SA and SFM);(2)RBH at the preoperative implant site;(3)VEH immediately after surgery;(4)WGC immediately after surgery;(5)ΔAGH;(6)ΔBD 。 The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0software,and the values were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(`x±s).Results:A total of 36 implant sites in 23 patients were included in the study,and after univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that SW and VEH were the influencing factors of ΔAGH(P<0.05),and SW and SFM were the influencing factors of ΔBD(P<0.05).RBH had no significant effect on bone graft material modification(P>0.05).The results of the t-test of two independent samples showed that different groups of SW(SW≤19.05 mm and SW>19.05mm)had a significant effect on ΔAGH,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the t-test of two independent samples showed that RBH(<4mm and≥4mm)had no significant effect on ΔAGH and ΔBD,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).One-way ANOVA showed that WGC had no significant effect on ΔAGH and ΔBD,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.SW is the influencing factor of bone graft material reconstruction,SFM is the influencing factor of ΔBD,and VEH is the influencing factor of ΔAGH.2.RBH has no significant effect on the reconstruction of bone graft materials.3.WGC has no significant impact on the reconstruction of bone graft materials. |
