| Objective:Inlay is the main treatment of tooth defects for mininally invasive repair at present, but due to its long edge line, poor retention and complex oral environment,it is easy to affect the bonding stability of inlays. Therefore,we compared the edge microleakage between three commonly used materials for oral clinical treatment, respectively, polymer ceramic(SHUFO Ceramage),glass ceramic(IPS e.max Press)and pure titanium, and the self-adhesive resin cement(3M ESPE Rely XTMUnicem)as well as the self-etching resin cement(3M ESPE Rely XTMUltimate Clicker TM).Subsequently,we carried out the adhesive strength test to select excellent oral prosthetic materials, which can provide certain reference information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:There are 156 intact and non-decayed extracted human teeth collected. In order to carry out the microleakage test and adhesive strength test, three kinds of materials were bonded with two different types of resin cement. This experiment is divided into6 groups:A1(ceramic polymer ceramic Rely X Unicem group),A2(Ceramage polymeric porcelain Ultimate Clicker TM group),B1(pure titanium Rely X Unicem group),B2(pure titanium Ultimate Clicker TM group),C1(IPS e.max Press Unicem group),C2(IPS e.max Press Ultimate Clicker TM group),36 in the micreleakage group(n=6)and 120 in the bonding group(n=15).This subject is mainly divided into the following two parts:1.The 36 extracted teeth were measured with height of dental crown, breadth of dental crown, thickness of dental crown, breadth and thickness of dental neck. After meeting the inclusion criteria, the mesio-occlusal inlay models were prepared on the extracted teeth.Subsequently, three kinds of materials were made and adhered with two different types of resin cements. After 5000 times of cold and hot cycling experiments, the penetration depth of microleakage at the edge of the inlay was observed by dye penetration method and stereomicroscope.2.The occlusal enamel of 120 extracted teeth were removed, exposed the dentin. These were randomly divided into 90 and 30 in order to conduct the shear bond strength test and the tensile bond strength test respectively.Make three kinds of materials test pieces with the size of 2 mm×2 mm×3 mm(n=30)and 6 mm×6 mm×3 mm(n=10),using resin cement to bond with dentin. Then, the pieces of the tensile bond strength were cut into the size of about 2 mm×2 mm×6 mm(n=90).These prepared pieces were tested by universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope in order to observe the fracture mode. The obtained datum were used to conduct independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA.The Tukey test was used for pairwise comparison between the same group.Results:1.Microleakage group:(1).The five measurement indexes of A1-C2 have the same variance and conform to the normal distribution, with no statistical difference.(2).Comparison of leakage values of axial wall and gingival wall in the same group:A2 axis wall is higher than A2 gingival wall, with significant difference(P<0.0001),while the other five groups have no statistical significance.(3).Comparison of axial wall and gingival wall of the same material:A2 axis wall is higher than A1 axis wall, with significant difference(P<0.0001).The gingival wall is not statistically significant.B1 gingival wall is higher than B2 gingival wall, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The axial wall is not statistically significant. The gingival and axial walls of C1 and C2 are not statistically significant.(4).Compared with the axial wall and gingival wall of the same type of resin cement:B1 axis wall and gingival wall are higher than A1 axis wall and gingival wall, with significant differences(P<0.0001).B1 axis wall and gingival wall are higher than C1 axis wall and gingival wall, with significant differences(P<0.0001).A1 and C1 axis walls are not statistically significant.A1 gingival wall is higher than C1gingival wall, with statistical difference(P<0.05).B2 axis wall and gingival wall are significantly higher than A2 axis wall and gingival wall, with significant differences(P<0.0001).B2 axis wall and gingival wall were higher than C2 axis wall and gingival wall, with significant differences(P<0.0001).A2 axis wall is higher than C2axis wall, with significant difference(P<0.0001),but A2 and C2 gingival walls are not statistically significant.2.For shear strength test, using the same type of resin cement:A1 group,B1group and C1 group have significant differences(P<0.0001),and C1>A1>B1.A2 and B2 were compared with each other, and A2>B2 had significant difference(P<0.0001).Compared with B2 and C2,C2 was higher than B2 with significant difference(P<0.0001);There was no significant difference between A2 and C2 groups.B1 and B2,C1 and C2 were not statistically significant.3.For tensile strength test, using the same type of resin cement:A1 and B1 have significant difference(P<0.0001)and A1>B1.There is significant difference between B1 and C1(P<0.0001)and C1>B1.There is no significant difference between A1 and C1.There are significant differences among A2,B2 and C2(P<0.0001).And compared with each other, the tensile bond strength is A2>C2>B2.Using the same material:there is a significant difference between A1 and A2(P<0.01),and the tensile strength is A2>A1.B1,B2 and C1,C2 have no statistical significance.Conclusions:1.IPS e.max Press with RelyXTMUnicem and RelyXTMUltimate Clicker TMare ideal for preventing microleakage at the edge of the inlay.2.RelyXTMUltimate ClickerTMis superior to RelyXTMUnicem in shear bond strength and tensile bond strength.3.The bonding performance of Ceramage polymeric ceramic is better than IPS e.max Press and pure titanium. |
