Clinical Research Of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule In Treating Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis

Objective:To investigate the Clinical effect of Dan zhi jiang tang capsule in treating diabetic kidney disease of deficiency(DKD)of qi and yin with blood stasis,and to study the possible mechanism of action of dan zhi jiang tang capsule in treating diabetic kidney disease of deficiency(DKD)of qi and yin with blood stasis Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:90 cases of DKD patients were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the experimental group(45 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine on the basis of the treatment of type 2diabetes,and the experimental group was treated with Dan zhi jiang tang capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Compare the retention of blood,urine samples,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Measure the levels of blood creatinine(SCr),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(CCr),urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urine protein quantification(24h U-TP),albumin(ALB),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h BG),and glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)of the two groups of patients,and evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in both groups Compare the comprehensive clinical efficacy and safety of treatment plans for diseases.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in various indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(t=0.090,0.231,0.242,1.024,0.671,0.707,1.024,0.386,P>0.05);After taking treatment measures,the renal function indicators of SCr,CCr,BUN,and 24 h U-TP in both groups of patients improved significantly compared to before treatment(t=0.090,0.242,0.231,1.024,P<0.05),and the improvement of indicators in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(t=3.008,4.212,27.830,5.611,P<0.05),with statistical significance.(2)There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,there was a significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the study group and the control group(t=1.935,P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(3)The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was 86.05% higher than that in the control group,which was58.14%(t=8.322,P<0.05);The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was 95.35% higher than that of the control group,which was 67.44%(t=11.057,P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups.(4)After 12 weeks of treatment,neither group experienced any significant adverse drug reactions during the treatment process.Conclusion:Dan zhi jiang tang Capsule has a significant therapeutic effect on DKD,and the improvement of DKD damage and related pathology may be due to its antioxidant ability and inhibition of the JAK2-STA T1/STA T3 cascade.We can conclude to a certain extent that Dan zhi jiang tang Capsule can significantly alleviate the clinical manifestations of patients with Qiyin deficiency and stasis syndrome in DKD,and improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Indicators such as fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),serum creatinine(SCR),and urea nitrogen(BUN)have significantly decreased,exerting a definite hypoglycemic effect,alleviating DKD lesions,improving kidney clearance rate,and protecting the kidneys,Improve the clinical efficacy of DKD patients.In addition,there were no adverse reactions during the treatment process,indicating that the use of Dan zhi jiang tang Capsules was safe and reliable throughout the retrospective trial.
