1.PurposeTo observe the clinical efficacy of tong-tiao-san-jiao warm acupuncture combined with diet and exercise therapy in the treatment of abdominal obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance, and explore effective methods for the treatment of abdominal obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,so as to provide certain basis for clinical application2.MethodObese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction were collected, according to the patient visit order, the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The subjects who actually completed the whole study cycle were29 in the control group and 30 in the observation group. The control group was given diet and exercise intervention,Observation group received tong-tiao-san-jiao warm acupuncture(3 times a week)on this basis. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The data changes of BW,BMI,F%,WC,WHt R,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of abdominal obese subjects with spleen deficiency and dampness were observed after treatment with different intervention methods.Compare two groups of symptoms before and after treatment, and compare the efficacy.Using SPSS24.0 software to analyze the data and draw conclusions.3.Results(1)Comparison of baseline data: Before intervention, age, gender, height, obesityrelated indicators, lipid levels and syndrome score between the two groups, analysis it is concluded that there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),indicating that the basic information of the two groups of subjects before intervention was comparable.(2)Within each group before and after treatment: Observation group and control group after treatment of BW,BMI,WC,WHt R,F %,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and syndrome integral and differential treatment, the results show that there is significant difference(P < 0.01).Tip in the two groups after treatment compared with the baseline data have improved significantly.(3)Comparison between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,BW and HDL-C in observation group were not significantly improved compared with control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).But,BMI,F%,WC,WHt R,TC,TG,LDL-C and syndrome score were significantly improved(P < 0.01).It is suggested that the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).4.Conclusion(1)Tong-tiao-san-jiao warm acupuncture combined with diet and exercise intervention and diet and exercise intervention alone have therapeutic effects on spleen deficiency and dampness-blocking abdominal obesity.(2)Tong-tiao-san-jiao temperature acupuncture combined with diet and exercise intervention has the same efficacy as simple diet and exercise intervention in reducing BW and improving HDL-C,but it has significant efficacy in improving BMI,F%,WC,WHt R,TC,TG,LDL-C and symptoms.
