Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Yigan Huashi Yin Combined With Entecavir

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yigan Huashi Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)(type of qi deficiency and blood stasis),through the patients’ TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,four items of liver fibrosis,liver instantaneous elastic hardness test,liver function test(ALT,AST,γ-GT,ALP)and the changes of virological indexes,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yigan Huashi Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of CHB.Methods:All clinical cases in this study were from the Department of Gastroenterology,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province,from September 2021 to September 2022.80 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B by western medicine,and were diagnosed as Qi deficiency and blood stasis by traditional Chinese medicine were selected.The patients were given relevant diet education,and were divided into control group and test group with 40 cases each according to the random number sub-table method.All the patients in the group signed the informed consent form.The control group was given entecavir dispersible tablets(usage:0.5mg,1/day).The test group was given Yigan Huashi Yin(usage:6g,2/day)combined with entecavir dispersible tablets(usage:0.5mg,1/day).The course of treatment was 14 weeks.Before and after treatment,Chinese medicine evidence score,four items of liver fibrosis,liver instantaneous elastic hardness test,and liver function test(ALT,AST,γ-GT,ALP)and changes in virological indicators.At the end of the trial,relevant data were collected,and then relevant feasibility analysis was carried out through SPSS 26.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yigan Huashi Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of CHB.Results:1 Chinese medicine evidence score: the Chinese medicine evidence score decreased in both groups after treatment,(P>0.05)the difference was statistically significant,and the test group was better than the control group.After 14 weeks of treatment,the efficiency of the test group was 90.9% and the efficiency of the control group was 71.4%,and the test group was better than the control group.2 Liver fiber four: After treatment,the indexes of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Liver instantaneous elastic hardness test: After 14 weeks of treatment,liver hardness values in 2 groups were decreased,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Liver function related indexes: ALT,γ-GT and ALP were signifi cantly decreased in 2 groups after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).AST index was not significantly decreased,and the diffe rence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5 HBV-DNA negative rate: 5 patients in the treatment test group turned negative with HBV-DNA,the statistical negative rate was 15.2%,and 3patients in the control group turned negative with HBV-DNA,the negative rate was 8.5%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6 No adverse reactions occurred in either group during this observation period.Conclusions:1 Yigan Huashi Decoction combined with entecavir has a good clinical effect in the treatment of CHB of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and has obvious data support in TCM syndrome score and relevant laboratory clinical indicators.2 The treatment scheme of combination of Chinese and western medicine is better than that of single western medicine.There is no adverse reaction during the treatment.
