Objective:This study preliminarily explored the distribution of TCM syndrome elements in patients with cervical HR-HPV infection and their correlation with various influencing factors, with a view to providing useful references for the prevention and treatment of the disease,as well as for TCM disease and syndrome differentiation. Methods:From November 2021 to December 2022,patients with cervical infection HR-HPV diagnosed at the Gynecology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. After excluding 6 patients who met the exclusion or exfoliation criteria,164 patients who met the criteria were included.A predesigned general condition questionnaire(see Appendix A for details)and four diagnosis information questionnaire for Chinese medicine in patients with HR-HPV infection(see Appendix B for details)surveys were applied to record the Chinese medicine four diagnosis information of patients, the data were entered into excel forms, the relevant disease location, pathogenicity were extracted by referring to the "" syndrome differentiation scale "" in "" syndrome differentiation "" of Zhu Wenfeng, and a database was established, and the data were inductively analyzed using SPSS software.Result:1.General information:Among 164 patients with HR-HPV infection, the largest number of patients aged 40 to 49 years, accounting for 29.88%;The number of patients with a course of disease longer than 12 months is higher, accounting for37.20%;The first sexual life age is more than 20 years old, accounting for32.93%;The frequency of sexual activity reached 4 times or more per week, accounting for 45.73%;The number of sexual partners reached 2 or more, accounting for 54.88%;46.34% of the patients had three or more pregnancies;32.93% had a history of smoking;59.15% of the patients had dietary preference;67.68% of the patients were accompanied by anxiet y or irritability; The highest infection rate was HPV16(20.08%),followed by HPV52(17.32%),HPV58(12.99%),HPV18(12.20%),and HPV56(9.45%).Single infection was the most common form of infection(93 cases,56.71%).2.TCM elements distribution characteristics:In this study, the distribution of HR-HPV infection syndromes: for statistical analysis of the extracted lesions, the uterus 89 cases(33.09%);the spleen 62 cases(23.05%);the liver 52 cases(19.33%);the kidney 28cases(10.41%);the stomach 12 cases(4.46%);the heart(brain)10 cases(3.72%);the lower abdomen 8 cases(2.97%);the bile 5 cases(1.86%);the heart 2cases(0.74%);the lung 1 cases(0.37%).The main disease loci(constituent ratio > 5%)were ranked from highest to lowest in the following order: uterus, spleen, liver, kidney。In the distribution of disease location syndrome element combinations, there are 67 cases with single disease location, accounting for the highest proportion of 40.85%,followed by 59 cases with double disease location, accounting for 35.98%,26 cases with three disease locations and above, accounting for 15.85%,and 12 cases with zero disease location, accounting for the least proportion of 7.32%.Statistical analysis was performed on extracted pathogenic probands, dampness 100 cases(29.67%);heat 62 cases(18.40%);deficiency of vital energy 37 cases(11.00%);yangdeficiency 32 cases(9.50%);yin-deficiency 25 cases(7.42%);blood stasis 22cases(6.53%);qi stangnation 20 cases(5.93%);deficiency of blood 11cases(3.26%);yang hyperactivity 8 cases(2.37%);cold 5 cases(1.48%);sputum 5 cases(1.48%);blood fever 3 cases(0.89%);serosal fever 3cases(0.89%);yang floating 3 cases(0.89%);deficiency 1 case(0.30%);The main pathogenic syndrome elements(composition ratio > 5%)were ranked from high to low in the following order: dampness, heat, deficiency of vital energy,yang-deficiency,yin-deficiency,blood stasis, and qi stagnation;103cases of double pathogenicity accounted for the most proportion of 62.80%,33 cases of three diseases and above accounted for 20.12%,and 28 cases of single pathogenicity accounted for the least proportion of 17.08% in the distribution of pathogenic syndrome combinations.3.Relationship between the distribution of probands and each factor i n patients with HR-HPV infection:There was a significant correlation(P < 0.05)between the elements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)such as liver and kidney, and between the element of TCM(TCM)syndrome Yin deficiency and age.Young age and gravidity at first sexual life are related factors to the elements of kidney and yang-deficiency,besides the gravidity is also closely related to the uterus;High frequency of sexual life and number of sexual partners are closely related to dampness and heat;Dietary situation is a relevant factor affecting spleen;Emotional anxiety or irritability were the related factors of liver,qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Furthermore,there was no significant correlation between the distribution of probands and disease duration, smoking status,or the number of HPV types(P > 0.05).4.Proband clustering results:It can be divided into five related syndromes after TCM syndromes have been "" clustered analysis "",namely: blood stasis cell uterus syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome, liver meridian depression syndrome, kidney yang deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency Jia damp syndrome.Conclusions:1.Among the 164 patients enrolled, the age range of 40 to 49 years is the most prevalent age for cervical HR-HPV infection. The onset of HR-HPV infection is closely related to a small age of initial sexual activity,a high frequency of sexual activity,a large number of sexual partners, more than three pregnancies, dietary preferences, and unstable emotional status.2.The disease locus of patients with HR-HPV infection was mainly composed of uterus, spleen, liver and kidney; The number of patients with single disease is large. The main syndrome elements of disease are dampness, heat, deficiency of vital energy, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis, and qi stagnation, with the majority of dual disease syndrome elements.3.In HR-HPV infection, there are associations between TCM elements(constituent ratio > 5%)and age, sexual situation, number of pregnancies,emotions,diet.4.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)patterns of HR-HPV infection are: blood stasis cell uterus syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome, liver meridian depression syndrome, kidney yang deficiency syndrome, and yin deficiency clip dampness syndrome.
