| Objective:To explore the effect of hemorrhoids lotion combined with microwave physiotherapy on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,in order to provide a new idea for relieving wound pain,anal edema,anal swelling,wound fluid leakage and promoting wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).Both groups of patients underwent hemorrhoids lotion and sitz baths(20 minutes each)starting from the second day after surgery,morning and evening.On this basis,the treatment group began daily microwave therapy(20 minutes per session)on the 4th day after surgery.Collect and compare the basic information of two groups of patients,including gender,age,course of disease,number of incisions,and the degree of wound pain,anal edge edema,wound exudation,anal distension score,and wound healing rate on the 3rd,7th,10 th,and 14 th day after surgery.Record the wound healing time of the two groups of patients.Using statistical software SPSS25.0 to compare the quantitative scoring tables of various observation indicators,in order to explore the therapeutic effect of hemorrhoids lotion combined with microwave therapy on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the basic information(gender,age,course of disease,number of incisions)between the two groups after comparison(P > 0.05),indicating that the data between the two groups were comparable.2.There was no significant difference in wound pain score,anal border edema score,wound exudation score,anal swelling feeling score and wound area between the two groups on the 3rd day after surgery(P > 0.05).3.On the 7th and 10 th day after surgery,the scores of pain of the wound surface,edema of the anal margin,infiltration of the wound surface,distension of the anal portal and healing rate of the wound surface had statistical significance on the difference between the postoperative difference(P< 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The wound pain score and wound healing rate of the two groups on the14 th day after surgery were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in the scores of anal edema,wound exudation and anal swelling(P >0.05).5.The difference of healing time between treatment group and control group was 20.10±1.32 days and 21.33±1.58 days,which had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than control group.6.There were no serious adverse events in either group during the treatment cycle.Conclusion:Hemorrhoids lotion combined with microwave physiotherapy can effectively promote wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,reduce postoperative wound pain,anal edge edema,wound seepage and anal swelling of patients,shorten wound healing time,and no adverse reactions,high safety,accurate efficacy,worthy of clinical promotion. |
