| Objective:To observe the efficacy of Qihong capsule in treating ejection fraction preserving heart failure.Methods: Fifty patients with ejection fraction preservation type heart failure admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,26 in the test group and 24 in the control group.They were randomly divided into test group and control group,with30 cases in each group.The group treated with western medicine alone was the control group,and Qihong capsule was added to the test group.The treatment course of both groups was 12 weeks.The levels of NT-pro BNP,the quantitative score of TCM syndromes,Minnesota Living with heart failure quality of life scale score,NYHA cardiac function score,6MWT and LVEF were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)NT pro BNP level after treatment,total score of TCM syndrome quantification and the score of Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale in the test group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).NYHA cardiac function grading and distance walked by 6MWT compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the three indexes of LVEF,LVED,and LVSD(P>0.05).(2)Compare the difference before and after treatment between the two way.The test group was better than the control group in NT-pro BNP level,total score of quantified TCM symptoms,main syndrome "shortness of breath/wheezing,palpitation and fatigue",secondary syndrome "lazy talk" symptom score,NYHA cardiac function grade and Minnesota heart failure Quality of Life table score.(P<0.05),There was no statistically significant difference between LVEF,LVED,and LVSD groups(P>0.1).(3)Treatment and follow-up period of the two groups of indicators for safety comparison,found that after treatment only BUN value difference there is statistical difference(P < 0.05),other indicators difference without statistical significance(P > 0.05),take medicine adverse reactions and serious cardiovascular events did not occur in the two groups.No adverse reactions or serious cardiovascular events occurred in either group.Conclusion:Combined use of Qi Hong capsule on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine can significantly reduce the NT-pro BNP level of patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure,improve NYHA cardiac function grading and 6MWT distance,and improve the quality of life of patients,with significant curative effect and good safety. |
