Clinical Observation Of Yinchen Pingcuo Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Young Acne Of Gastrointestinal Damp-Heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinchen Pingcuo decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne in young people.Methods:A total of 72 patients who met the selection criteria in the dermatology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.According to the order before and after treatment,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n=36).During the study period,one patient in the control group withdrew because of poor compliance,and 35 cases were actually completed.In the treatment group,2 patients withdrew because of poor compliance,and 34 patients actually completed it.The treatment group was given Yinchen Pingcuo decoction orally,combined with fire needle treatment,and the control group was given Xiaocuo pills orally.2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment were observed.The Pillsbury grading,clinical symptom score,TCM symptom score,overall clinical efficacy,acne specific quality of life scale(Acne-QOL)and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment,and the measured data were statistically analyzed at the end of the experiment.Results:1.The total effective rate was 94.1%in the treatment group and 74.3%in the control group.The comparison of the data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.The total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups decreased after treatment,but the decreasing range of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group,and the total score of the treatment group after treatment was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of disease symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.After treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups decreased,but the decrease in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the degree of improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.After treatment,the scores of quality of life scale were increased in both groups,and the total scores of acne symptoms,self-perception,emotional function,social function and quality of life in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).The results showed that the degree of improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Yinchen Pingcuo decoction combined with fire needle can improve the clinical symptom score of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne in young people.2.Yinchen Pingcuo decoction combined with fire needle can improve the TCM syndrome score of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne in young people.3.The curative effect of Yinchen Pingcuo decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne is better than that of Xiaocuo pill.4.Yinchen Pingcuo decoction combined with fire needle is safe and effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne.
