Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Damp-heat Acne By Yinchen Jiedu Decoction Combined With Fire Needle And Bloodletting Therapy

Objective: This paper using the method of clinical observation,collecting clinical data for statistical analysis,and by referring to the relevant literature on the etiology and pathogenesis of Gastrointestinal Damp-heat Acne were analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy of Yinchenjiedu combined with Fire Needle and Bloodletting Therapy in the treatment of acne,to further verify the efficacy of Yinchenjiedu combined with Fire Needle and Bloodletting Therapy,and the mechanism of a preliminary inquiry.Methods: Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(A group)and control group(B group),each group of each group of 40 cases.The treatment group were treated by Yinchenjiedu combined with Fire Needle and Bloodletting Therapy,the control group with oral administration of Fangfengtongsheng Granules Combined with red and blue light therapy,the two groups at the same time with Shirley Rowland sea ice mold powder,with Clindamycin Phosphate Gel.Fire needle,bloodletting and mold mask weekly referral the treatment time;Clindamycin Phosphate Gel external,two times a day;blue red light for 20 minutes each time,3 times a week.One course of treatment for two weeks,treatment of 2 courses.Results: According to the clinical curative effect of 80 cases of gastrointestinal damp heat type acne patients,the cure rate of the treatment group was 85%,the total effective rate was 92.5%,and the cure rate of the control group was 55%,the total effective rate was 65%.After statistical treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Treatment group,2 patients with adverse reactions,the control group of 3 patients with adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up treatment,the treatment group of 2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 5.88%,control group 6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 27.27%,the recurrence rate of patients in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: Research results show that Yinchen Jiedu Decoction Combined with Fire Needle and Bloodletting Therapy in the treatment of Gastrointestinal Damp-heat Acne,low recurrence rate,less adverse reaction,the clinical effect is obviously better than that of Fangfengtongsheng Granules Combined with red and blue light treatment,it is worthy of further clinical research.
