| Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine packages combined with short stretch bandage in the adjuvant treatment of secondary limb lymphedema,and to objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety,so as to provide an effective treatment plan for secondary limb lymphedema.Methods:Sixty patients with secondary limb lymphedema meeting the criteria were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with drug therapy,complete decongestive therapy(CDT)and traditional Chinese medicine packages.The control group was pressurized bandaged by ordinary elastic bandages after traditional Chinese medicine packaging treatment,and the treatment group was pressurized bandaged by short stretch bandage.Both groups were treated one time a day,two weeks as a course of treatment and a total of one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the changes of the circumference difference,visual analogue scale(VAS),lymphedema related symptom score,skin temperature and ultrasound layer thickness of the affected limb of the two groups were observed and recorded.SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical processing,and clinical efficacy was analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.General observation indicators:Before treatment,gender,age,height,weight,body mass index(BMI),course of disease,site of disease,stage,surgical hi story,surgical method and tumor history were compared between the two groups before treatment,showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Efficacy observation indicators:After treatment,the circumference difference of the affected limb,VAS,lymphedema related symptom score,skin temperature and layers of tissue thickness were significantly decreased compared with before treatment of the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group.3.Total effective rate:After one course of treatment,according to the effective index(EI),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.According to the efficacy index,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:In the adjuvant treatment of secondary limb lymphedema,Chinese medicine packages combined with short stretch bandage can effectively improve swelling,pain,skin temperature and other related symptoms of the affected limb.This therapy has obvious advantages compared with chinese medicine packages combined with ordinary elastic bandage,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
