Objective: In this study, based on a review of clinical data of patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast after the surgery,to analyze and evaluate risk factors, the upper limb lymphedema of the pathogenesis and treatment strategies for treatment of upper extremity lymphedema in breast invasive ductal carcinoma postoperative to provide reliable clinical evidence.Methods:1.Objective to study the clinical data of patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma who were treated in the outpatient department of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 1,2015 to December 30,2016.2.Make a return visit form to record the oPeration time,PostoPerative situation, treatment, edema, edema and Prognosis, according to the PurPose of the study, the data collected are analyzed and discussed.3.To analyze the treatment experience of Professor lixiurong and to explore the risk factors, pathogenesis and prognosis of upper limb lymphedema after breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results: The study of 92 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma showed that: 1 Upper extremity lymphedema after surgery in 32 cases(edema group,34%),no postoperative upper extremity lymphedema has 60 cases(non edema group,66%);the two groups in age,BMI index, endocrine therapy, postoperative radiotherapy, with statistical difference in the distribution of postoperative infection(P < 0.05).2 The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the factors associated with PostoPerative uPPer limb lymPhedema in Patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast were age,BMI index, infection and radiotheraPy.3 the less risk factors, the lighter the degree of edema, the lower the degree of edema, the more risk factors, the higher the degree of edema, the higher the degree of edema.4 The upper extremity lymphedema is more common in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma after surgery. The traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of moderate edema.Conclusion:1.Except the operation necessary factors, the main risk factors of lymphedema in invasive ductal breast cancer after resection is old, obesity, infection and radiotherapy, effective weight control and prevention of infection for the prevention and treatment of postoperative invasive ductal breast cancer has a positive effect on upper limb lymphedema.2."Virtual","stasis","wet" and "not only protein deposition" and "fat deposition" and "fibrosis" and other pathological changes related to pathological products but also to promote the development of lymphedema."Spleen dampness" and "blood stasis" is the basic principle of lymphedema prevention and treatment of breast invasive ductal carcinoma after operation. From the "virtual" "stasis" and "wet" is of great significance to the application of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast after the surgery of upper extremity lymphedema.
