| Objective:By observing the effect of keniso taping combined with interference electricity treatment on shoulder pain after stroke,to explore the clinical effect of keniso taping combined with interference electricity treatment on shoulder pain after stroke,and to provide new methods and ideas for hemiplegic patients with stroke to improve shoulder pain.Methods:Ninety patients with shoulder pain after stroke treated by the Rehabilitation Center of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into keniso taping group(n = 30),interference group(n = 30)and combination group(n =30).All the three groups received routine rehabilitation training.on this basis,the keniso taping group was treated with keniso taping,the interference group was treated with interference electricity treatment,and the combined group was treated with keniso taping therapy combined with interference electricity treatment.Routine rehabilitation training includes PNF training,shoulder joint compression training,Bobath handshake lifting(active / passive)training,muscle strength training of affected limbs and so on.The sports patch was treated with KT sports patch and lantern patch.Interference electricity treatment was performed with Xiangyu Medical XY-K-GR-CII interference electricity treatment apparatus.Keniso taping group: routine rehabilitation training for 30 minutes + keniso taping therapy,changing the cloth every 3 days for 2 weeks,interference group: routine rehabilitation program for 30 minutes + interference electricity treatment,interference electricity treatment for 20 minutes,once a day for 6 days / week,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Combined group: routine rehabilitation program for 30 minutes + keniso taping therapy + interference electricity treatment,patch was changed every 3 days for 2 weeks,interference electricity for 20 minutes / time,once a day for 6 days / week,the course of treatment was 2weeks.The observation indexes were visual analogue scale visual analog score(VAS),ADL index and Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA)score.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the differences of each index before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Comparison of VAS scores among the three groups: There was no significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that they were comparable;After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that of the Keniso taping group and the interference electricity group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of Fugl-Meyert(FMA)scores among the three groups:There was no significant difference in FMA scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that they were comparable;After treatment,the FMA scores of the three groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that of the Keniso taping group and the interference electricity group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of ADL scores among the three groups: There was no significant difference in ADL scores before treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that they were comparable;After treatment,the ADL scores of the three groups were improved(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that of the Keniso taping group and the interference electricity group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Kenisotaping,interference electricity and their combination can significantly improve the pain degree of patients with shoulder pain after stroke,and the clinical effect of their combination is more obvious.2.Keniso taping,interference electricity and their combination can significantly improve the upper limb function of patients with shoulder pain after stroke,and the clinical effect of their combination is more obvious.3.Keniso taping,interference electricity and their combination can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke,and the clinical effect of their combination is more obvious. |
