Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction In Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective:To obs erve and comp are the cl in ical effi cacy of acupu ncture treat ing mil d cogn it ive impairment in cerebral small vess el dis ease,for an effecti ve meth od fo r cl inical treatment.Method:Sixt y-s even patien ts wit h mild cognit iv e impairment wi th cereb ral small vess el dis ease who met the screen ing crit eria were randoml y divided int o a treat ment group and a control grou p usi ng Sun ’s trans cranial acupun cture sti mulati on therapy and conventio nal acupuncture.Acupuncture 5 days a week for a tot al of 4weeks.Mon treal Cogni tive As ses sment(M o C A)scores were used as the main evaluat ion index.Eight as pect s of at tention,delayed recal l,abst ract thi nking abili ty and orientati on were evaluated for co gnit ive funct io n.At the same tim e,thi s stud y us es MMS E and ADL scales as the second ary evaluati on indicat ors of mild cognit ive impairment in cerebral smal l vess el dis ease to evaluat e the cognit ive funct ion of pati ents wi th mil d cogn iti ve impai rment in cerebral smal l vess el dis ease.Results:1.There was no stat ist ical difference in the basic data between the two grou ps before treatmen t,wh ich was comparabl e(P > 0.05);2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the MoCA and MMS E scale scores in the treatmen t group and the control group were bo th improved(P<0.005),while the ADL scale had no signifi cant improvement;3.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared wi th the differences of MoC A items before and after treatment in the two grou ps,there were stat ist ical differences in sub-it ems su ch as visuospatial and execut ive,memory,language,an d orientati on(P <0.05);4.After 4 weeks of treat ment,the cl inical cognit ive effect s of the two grou ps were compared before and aft er treatmen t,and there was a stat ist ical difference between the treatmen t group and the cont rol grou p(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Bot h Sun’s trans cranial acupunct ure stim ul ation therap y and conventio nal acu punct ure can improve the cogniti ve funct ion of pati ents wi th mil d cognit ive impairment due to cereb ral smal l vess el dis ease;2.Th e curati ve effect of Sun’s trans cranial acupunct ure sti mul ation therapy on mild cognit iv e impairment of cereb ral small vess el dis ease was better than that of conventional acu puncture grou p,es peci ally in vis ual space and execut io n,memory,language,orientati on and other as pect s;3.Sun’s transcranial acu puncture sti mulati on therapy and conventio nal acup unctu re are equally effect ive in improving th e act iviti es of dail y living in pati ent s wi th mil d cognit ive impai rment in pati ent s wi th cerebral smal l vess el dis ease.
