Study On The Regularity Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Panic Disorder Based On Ancient And Modern Medical Records Data Analysis

Objective: Based on data mining technology,this study focuses on exploring the regularity of syndrome and treatment of panic disorder from the mathematical results by analysing the collected ancient and modern medical records of panic disorder,in order to provide new ideas for the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of panic disorder.Methods: This study retrieved ancient medical records of panic disorder via the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code and retrieved modern medical records of panic disorder via the Duxiu Academic Search Platform of Heilongjiang University of TCM and CNKI Database.Established ancient and modern medical records of panic disorder database by extracting the effective information such as gender,etiology,location,symptoms,and drug in the medical records.Studied the database by making frequency analysis via Microsoft Office Excel,making clusteran analysis via IBM SPSS 26.0software,and making association analysis via IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0software.And dug the database by using Apriori algorithm.Results:1.This study collected 158 ancient medical records and 66 modern medical records.According to the results of the statistical analysis,panic disorder involved multiple viscera and was related to the heart,the liver,the kidney,the spleen,the stomach,the gallbladder and the lung.The causes included zang-fu lesions,phlegm and blood stasis,sudden panic,emotions injuries,overwork and others.2.According to the association analysis results of symptoms,the strongest symptom combination of panic disorder was palpitation and easy to startle with touching things.According to the clusteran analysis results of high-frequency symptoms,summarized the common clinical syndrome types of panic disorder,including syndrome of deficiency of yin blood,syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,syndrome of abnormal rising of chong qi,syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood,syndrome of phlegm fire disturbing mind,and syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire.3.According to the frequency analysis results of drug,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for panic disorder were Suanzaoren,Fuling,Banxia,Fushen,Baishao,Gancao,Danggui,Yuanzhi,Baizhu,and Muli.According to the association analysis results of drug,the traditional Chinese medicine combinations with strong relationship of panic disorder were Longgu-Muli,Suanzaoren-Baiziren,Banxia-Zhuru,Shudihuang-Shanyao,Fushen-Yuanzhi-Suanzaoren,Maidong-Yuanzhi-Suanzaoren,and Renshen-Fu shen-Suanzaoren.4.According to the clusteran analysis results of high-frequency drug,obtained six groups of new prescriptions.The first group included Maidong,Shengdihuang,Wuweizi,Suanzaoren,Baiziren,Yuanzhi,Fushen,Danshen,Xuanshen,Longchi,and Zhusha.The second group included Shudihuang,Shanyao,Shanzhuyu,Gouqizi,Zexie,and Mudanpi.The third group included Huangqi,Renshen,Baizhu,Fuling,Zhigancao,Shengjiang,and Dazao.The forth group included Danggui,Chuanxiong,Baishao,and Gancao.The fifth group included Banxia,Chenpi,Zhuru,Dannanxing,Huanglian,Zhizi,and Shichangpu.The sixth group included Chaihu,Huangqin,Longgu,Muli,Guizhi,and Dangshen.5.It is suggested that Tianwang Buxin Dan Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of deficiency of yin blood by nourishing yin blood and tranquilizing mind,Liuwei Dihuang Pill Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence by tonifying kidney essence and tranquilizing mind,Bentun Decoction Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of abnormal rising of chong qi by reducing the reverse level and tranquilizing mind,Sijunzi Decoction Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood by tonifying spleen qi and tranquilizing mind,Huanglian Wendan Decoction Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of phlegm fire disturbing mind by dispelling phlegm fire and tranquilizing mind,and Chaihu jia Longgu Muli Decoction Plus or Minus can be used to treat syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire by coursing the liver,removing heat and tranquilizing mind.Conclusions:1.The core pathogenesis of panic disorder is the imbalance of qi,blood,yin and yang.And panic disorder is mainly deficiency syndrome and deficiency-excess complex syndrome.And it is necessary to discriminate syndrome flexiblely.2.Panic disorder is mostly treated from the heart and the liver,taking into account the kidney,the spleen,the gallbladder,the stomach,the lung and other viscera.Treating panic disorder need to start from tonifying deficiency and tranquilizing mind and pay attention to regulating qi and blood,harmonizing yin and yang.At the same time,it is suggested to treat panic disorder according to the deficiency,excess,cold and hot pathological factors based on the overall situation.
