| Objective The etymology of children with snoring is multiple and complex, and some children with snoring have poor effect after conventional flat radiation. This study combines the operation of children snoring with posterior inferior turbinate application to explore its application in improving nasal ventilation function. Methods Sixty pediatric snoring children who attended our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected for the study and the children were divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group using the random number table method and the experimental group was nasal endoscopic tones and low-plasma combined with posterior inferior turbinate ablation and the control group was nasal endoscopic tonsillectomy and low-Stanley plasma adenoid ablation. The postoperative apnea hypopnea index(AHI),the lowest oxygen saturation(LSa O2)level and the disease-average quality of life survey for children with obstructive sleep apnea were compared between the two groups.for children with obstructive sleep apnea 18 items survey(OSA-18)and nasal resistance values at the 1st,2nd and 3rd postoperative weeks in children with abnormal nasal resistance values in both groups. Results 1.The postoperative AHI and LSa O2indexes of the children in the experimental group were better than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(all<P 0.05).2.The postoperative OSA-18 scale scores of the children in the experimental group were better than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant improvement in nasal resistance in both groups in the first postoperative week compared with the preoperative week(all>P 0.05),and there was an improvement in nasal resistance in both groups at the second and third postoperative weeks(all<P 0.05),and nasal resistance in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(all<P 0.05).4.There were no postoperative complications in both groups. Conclusion 1.The scores of AHI,LSa O2and OSA-18 after pediatric snoring surgery were improved compared to those before surgery.2.The pediatric snoring surgery combined with an inferior turbinate posterior ablation in the experimental group further improved nasal ventilation function.3.The nasal resistance to pediatric snoring surgery combined with inferior turbinate posterior ablation can be significantly improved in the third week after surgery. |
