TCM Syndrome And Syndrome Type Analysis Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease In Xingfu Road Community Of Urumqi City

Objective:Through the collection of TCM clinical manifestations and general data of coronary heart disease patients in Xingfu Road Community Health Service Center,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements and syndrome types of coronary heart disease patients in Xingfu Road community of Urumqi city were compared and analyzed,as well as the influence of related influencing factors on their distribution characteristics,providing certain reference for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease patients in Xingfu Road community.Methods:In this study,a cross-sectional study was conducted to collect 200 patients with coronary heart disease who visited Xingfu Road Branch,Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023.General data and clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine were collected using a unified research medical record table to complete the statistics of TCM syndrome elements and syndrome types.By comparing the differences between general data groups,To analyze the above results to obtain the distribution and characteristics of TCM syndromes,syndromes and syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease.Results : 1.There was statistical difference in mean age between male and female groups(P < 0.05).2.The incidence ratio of coronary heart disease is different with different educational level.3.The syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly heart,spleen,kidney and liver.Among the syndromes of disease,blood stasis and qi deficiency are the most common.4.A total of 17 TCM syndrome types were produced in this study,among which more than 85.5% were the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,the syndrome of phlegm stagnation and blood stasis,the syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,and the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis with phlegm interlocking.5.There were statistical differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types between male and female groups(P < 0.05).6.There were statistical differences in age among all groups(P < 0.05).7.The course of coronary heart disease was more common within 20 years,with statistical difference between groups(P < 0.05).8.The TCM syndroms of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension are mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi Yin deficiency,phlegm-stasis interjunction and qi stagnation and blood stasis.The TCM syndromes with diabetes are mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome.Conclusion:1.The location syndrome of patients with coronary heart disease in Xingfu Road Community is based on the heart,which is easy to involve the spleen,kidney and liver.The pathogenic syndrome elements can be divided into two categories according to pathological characteristics,namely deficiency and deficiency,and the deficiency is more than deficiency,mainly characterized by qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.2.TCM syndrome types in this community are mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,interjunction of phlegm and blood stasis,Qi stagnation and blood stasis.The course of the disease is usually between 1 and 20 years.With the progress of the course of the disease,the syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly deficiency and deficiency and deficiency.Therefore,in the community prevention and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,with the prolongation of the course of the patient,timely attention should be paid to the symptoms of the patient,and correct and reasonable treatment and health intervention should be given.3.The most common diseases associated with coronary heart disease in this community are hypertension and diabetes,and qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the most common in hypertension,and blood stasis,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity are the most common in diabetes.Therefore,when coronary heart disease patients are combined with different diseases,their TCM syndrome types are also different.Treatment and health interventions for such patients also need to be flexible.4.Objective differences such as gender and education level affect the incidence of coronary heart disease and the distribution of TCM syndrome types to a certain extent.
