| Objective: To clarify the clinical effect of Sheng Xian Qiwei Decoction on impotence of spleen deficiency and qi depression,and to provide safe and effective clinical basis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction of spleen deficiency and qi depression in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,70 patients with erectile dysfunction syndrome of spleen deficiency and Qi depression were selected,the patients were treated with Shengxiweitang Jiawei(Tianjiang formula granule),one dose a day,three times a day,taken warm after meals.During the treatment,they should avoid alcohol,spicy and irritating food.4 weeks as a course of treatment,observation of a course of treatment.IIEF-5,EHS,QEQ,EDV,RI,Hamilton Depression Scale(Hamd),TCM-ID and TCM syndrome scores were measured before and 4 weeks after treatment,the statistical method is used to evaluate the data of this study and draw a conclusion.Results: total of 77 cases were included in the study,and 7 cases were excluded or discontinued because of failure to take medicine according to Doctor’s orders,failure to continue taking medicine due to personal reasons,loss of contact with other diseases,and so on.1.According to the IIEF-5 standard,the total effective rate was 77.14%.Among them,4 cases were cured(5.7%),22 cases were markedly effective(31.4%).The total effective rate of Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction in treating 70 cases of erectile dysfunction 28cases(40%)were effective and 16 cases(22.8%)were ineffective.2.The IIEF-5 scores were 11.64 ± 3.27 before treatment and 15.06 ± 3.97 after 4weeks of treatment,after 4 weeks treatment,the IIEF-5 score of the patients was significantly higher than that before treatment,indicating that modified sheng Yangqiwei decoction can improve the IIEF-5 score of the patients with erectile dysfunction syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.3.The median score of EHS was 1(1,2)before treatment and 3(2,3)after treatment,indicating that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction can significantly improve the EHS score of the patients,improve the patient’s erectile stiffness.Four.Before treatment,the QEQ score was54.47 ± 5.4,and after4 weeks of treatment,the QEQ score was significantly increased to 74.63 ± 7.98.The QEQ score after treatment with Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction was significantly higher than that before treatment,indicating that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction can significantly improve the QEQ score of patients and increase the satisfaction degree of patients with erectile quality.5.EDV was 6.28 ± 1.86 in 70 patients before treatment,EDV was 4.24.2.46,RI was 0.89(0.86,0.96)after 4-week treatment,EDV was 0.97(0.91,1)after 4-week treatment,before and after treatment,RI increased and EDV decreased,indicating that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction is effective in the treatment of venous erectile dysfunction.6.The scores of HAMD were 9.41 ± 3.74 before treatment and 6.39 ± 2.75 after4 weeks of treatment,it indicated that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction could significantly improve the depressive state of the patients.Seven.The TCM-ID score was 22.87 ± 3.37.The TCM symptom score before treatment was 44.49 ± 4.66,and after treatment was 9.77 ± 2.67.Conclusion: the TCM symptom score of the patients is higher than that before treatment.The scores of TCM symptoms after treatment with Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction were significantly lower than those before treatment,indicating that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients.Conclusion:1.Clinical studies have shown that Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction is effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction with spleen deficiency and qi depression,and can effectively improve patients’ symptoms.Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction can reduce EDV value and increase RI value,to treat patients with venous erectile dysfunction.2.Sheng Xian Qiwei decoction has obvious curative effect on erectile dysfunction with spleen deficiency and Qi depression,and has no special adverse reaction,so it is safe and worthy of clinical application. |
