Clinical Observation Of Wa Drug "Nie Liang Gei" Regulating Lipid Metabolism In Patients With Carotid Atherosclerosis(Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wa medicine "Nie Liang Gei" in treating patients with carotid atherosclerosis(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,60 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the outpatient clinic of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomized controlled trials were conducted.On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was given Naoxintong capsule,and the treatment group was given Nieliang capsule.After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood lipids(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),ox-LDL in peripheral blood,intima-media thickness of carotid artery(IMT),plaque area(PA)and other indicators were observed.Through data statistics,the effectiveness and safety of Nieliang capsule were evaluated.Results:The final number of cases completed in this study was 59,and 1 case fell off.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.After 8weeks of treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in both groups decreased and the level of HDL-L increased(P<0.05),there is no statistical difference between the two groups in the improvement level of each index(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the level of ox-LDL decreased significantly before and after treatment,there was no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05);IMT and carotid plaque size in both groups improved(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the experiment.Conclusion:Wa medicine "Nie Liang Ghi" can regulate lipid metabolism,reduce the level of ox LDL,improve the size of IMT and carotid plaque,and alleviate TCM syndromes in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis patients.There is no obvious adverse reaction in clinical practice.
