| Objective:This topic plans to observe the use of the yiqi decoction and life of fetal pill and subtract treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type,and the therapeutic effect of pregnant women,the placenta low state of spleen and kidney deficiency type of placenta and provide low state intervention study,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type and placenta low state threatened abortion effectiveness to provide more objective basis.Methods: 72 cases of low placenta status in the second trimester of pregnancy(At the end of 13 to 27 weekends)were collected from Kunming maternal and child health hospital,the patients were randomly divided into treatment area and control group.After 3cycles of treatment,the improvement of placental position,the area of blood in uterine cavity and the improvement of accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were observed and compared between the two groups,and 3-month follow-up after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment the treatment group and control group in age,course of the disease,TCM syndrome score,placental location and the size of the uterine cavity hemorrhage was no difference(P > 0.05),comparable.2.The overall curative effect analysis: the placenta raise curative effect as the main evaluation,treatment group total effective rate was 94.12%,total effective rate was 61.11%,the control group(P < 0.05,there is statistical significance,shows that overall curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3.Syndromes: drops in improving waist sour pain,abdominal pain,god exhausted body tired,dizziness,tinnitus,night to urinate more,complexion syndrome,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting the curative effect of treatment group than the control group obviously,the improvement of vaginal bleeding,blood loss,two debility syndrome,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,two groups of treatment effect is not obvious difference.4.Placental location: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating both groups can treat the placenta is low,and the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.5.Uterine hemorrhage: treatment group comparison before and after treatment,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant,the uterine cavity hemorrhage area of the efficacy of the treatment group reduced significantly,the control group before and after treatment,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,that in the control group in the treatment of uterine hemorrhage curative effect is not obvious.6.For 3 months after treatment to outpatient follow-up of patients,the treatment group is the placenta low state of uterine cavity hemorrhage and significantly less than the control group,the number of long curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:fill in yiqi decoction and life of fetal pill and subtract the spleen and kidney deficiency type,and can effectively improve the placenta placenta low state of uterine cavity hemorrhage location and situation,the treatment group in the placenta of uterine cavity hemorrhage location,size and the accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of control group,and long curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group,no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the process of test,that fill in yiqi decoction and life of fetal pill add and subtract in treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type placenta low state has the efficacy and safety,worthy of clinical promotion. |
